Parle G Ice Cream-Easy ice cream-Instant ice cream

Parle-G Ice-Cream
Ingredients:

6 parle g magix (any flavour as per your choice)

½ litter whole milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp cornstarch

Method- How to make Parle-G Ice-Cream:


1 - Add some milk in cornstarch, mix it properly and make a smooth batter.
2 - Heat milk and when it started boiling add sugar in it. Boil it for 5 minutes then pour cornstarch batter in it. Mix it properly, & boil it again for 2 minutes. Then close the flame and cool it.
3 - Crush parle - g biscuits. Cut one side of the packet. Arrange it in a bowl. Add ice cream sticks in the middle part of the biscuit packet.
4 - When milk comes to room temperature pour it in biscuit packets.
5 - After pouring milk keep aside for 10 minutes.
6 - Then freeze it for 5 to 6 hours.
7 - After 6 hour take it from the freezer, remove it's cover and serve.

Dora Cake-Dorayaki-Kids meal-Eggless dora cake

Dora Cake / Dorayaki
Ingredients:

2 cup refined flour

2 cup lukewarm milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½cup sugar powder
2 tbsp milk powder
½ cup butter
1 tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
Choco spread for stuffing

Method- How to make Dora Cake / Dorayaki:


1 - Take all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix it properly, then add unsalted butter and lukewarm milk step by step in it. At first mix, it then beat it for 2 to 3 minutes and makes a smooth batter

2 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Pour 1 spoon batter for one pancake. Spread it in a thin layer. Cover it for 2 minutes in slow flame.
3 - After the 2-minute change it's side and cooks for 1 minute without cover. Then take it in a plate. Make all the pancakes in the same method.
4 - When cakes come to room temperature cut it in a round shape cutter.
5 - Add choco spread in one part of the cake and cover it with another cake. Make all the cakes in the same method.
6 - Now Dora cake is ready. It is a favourite snack for children. We can store it in the refrigerator for 8 days.

Bread Rasmalai-Bread dessert-Instant rasmalai

Bread Rasmalai
Ingredients:

1-litre whole milk

4 white bread slices
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp or 12-14 cashew nuts
½tsp green cardamom powder

Method- How to make Brad Rasmalai:


1 - Heat milk, when milk started boiling add sugar in it. Cook it for 30 to 35 minutes till 1-litre milk become ½ litre.
2 - After become thick add green cardamom powder and cashew nuts in it.
3 - Cut bread slices in a small round shape in a cutter.
4 - Arrange bread pieces in a plate, when milk comes to room temperature pour it over the bread.
5 - Garnish with cashew nuts and serve.

Orange Custard Pudding-Orange dessert-How to make orange sweet

Orange Custard Pudding
Ingredients:

½cup lukewarm milk
2 orange's juice
1 tbsp custard powder
1 bowl whipped cream
2 tbsp sugar
2 packet parle g biscuit (you can use any glucose biscuit)

Method- How to make Orange Custard Pudding:


1 - Pour ½cup water in custard powder, mix it properly and keep aside.
2 - Heat orange juice add sugar in it.When orange juice started boiling add custard batter in it and continuously stir it. After adding custard batter boil 3-4 minute in slow flame. Then close the flame and cool it.
3 - Take a spring form pan to arrange pudding.
4 - Dip glucose biscuit in lukewarm milk and arrange it in the pan as the first layer.
5 - Pour custard batter over glucose biscuit. Then arrange the second layer of glucose biscuit and again pour custard batter over it. Repeat the layers for 3 to 4 time.
6 - Add whipped cream in the upper part of the pudding. Spread it properly over it and make some designs with fruit fork or toothpick.
7 - Cover it properly and freeze it for 4 hours.
8 - After 4 hour cut it in pieces and serve.

Chocolate pancake-Eggless choco pancake-kids meal

Chocolate pancake
Ingredients:

2 cup refined flour

¼cup clarified butter (ghee)
2 cup lukewarm milk
½cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk powder
1tsp baking powder
¼tsp baking soda
Whipped cream
Strawberry for garnishing

Method- How to make Chocolate Pancake:


1 - Take all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix ghee and milk step by step. Beat it properly for 2-3 minutes. cover it & keep aside for 15 minutes.

2 - After 15 minutes heat a pan, pour 1 spoon batter in the pan, spread it in a round shape. Cover it for 2 minutes in slow flame. After 2-minute change pancakes side and again cover it for 2 minutes. Then take the pancake in a plate and make all the cakes in the same process.
3 - Beat the cream for 20 to 25 minutes till it becomes thick. Then take half of the cream in a bowl and mix red food colour in it. Mix it in slow hand. Arrange it with disposable cone & large star-shaped nozzles.
4 - After comes to room temperature take pancake in a plate & arrange it layer-wise with whipped cream.
5 - Make some rose flowers over the pancake and decorate it with chocolates and strawberries. Then serve it.

Gobi/ Cabbage Manchurian / Indo Chinese recipe
Ingredients:

1 bowl grated Cabbage

½bowl grated capsicum
1 onion
¼ bowl spring onion
2 tbsp grated ginger
4 tbsp grated garlic
5 green chilli
4 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp refined flour
4 tsp soya sauce
4 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp green chilli sauce
2 tsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp schezwan chutney
Salt as per taste
1 tsp black pepper powder

Method- How to make Gobi Manchurian:


1 - Take cabbage, half of the ginger, garlic, green chilli, then half tsp black paper powder, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp schezwan chutney, 2 tsp cornstarch, 2 tsp refined flour, 1 tsp spring onion & salt as per test in a bowl. Mix it properly and make small balls in it.
2 - Heat a pan in medium film, add round shaped cabbage balls in it. Fry it till it turns to light golden brown colour. Then take cabbage balls in a plate.
3 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add 4 tbsp oil in it.
4 - Then add grated ginger, garlic, green chilli, onions and capsicum. Cook it for one minute in medium flame.
5 - Add ½cup water in cornstarch, mix it properly and keep aside.
6 - Then add all sauces & schezwan chutney in the pan. Mix it properly & pour ½cup water in it.
7 - When it started boiling add cornstarch batter in it. Then add fried cabbage in it. Cook it for 2 minutes, then take it in a plate.
8 - Garnish with spring onion and serve.

Amla Murabba
Ingredients:

I kg amla

600 gm sugar
1 tsp green cardamom powder

Method- How to make Amla Murabba:


1 - Add amla in hot water for an hour.
2 - When it comes to room temperature take it in a plate. A hole with a fork over amla for 8 to 10 times.
3 - Take sugar, 4 tbsp water and amla in a pan. Heat it in slow flame and continuously stir it.
4 - When sugar syrup started boiling, add green cardamom powder in it. We need thick consistency of sugar syrup for making https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murabbamurabba.
5 - When sugar syrup become thick to close the flame and cool it.
6 - After comes to room temperature take amla in a glass bowl, cover it and keep aside for 2 days.
7 - After 2 days murabba is ready. Store it in the refrigerator.

Amla Candy
Ingredients:

1 kg Amla

600 gm sugar

Method- How to make Amla Candy:

1 - Heat water & add Amla in it. Cover it and boil it for 25 minutes in slow flame.
2 - When Amla comes to room temperature, remove its seeds and make small pieces in it.
3 - Take Amla pieces in a glass bowl. Add sugar over it, then cover and keep aside for 14-15 hours.
4 - After 15 hours strain it in a strainer. Take it in a plate and dry it for 3 days.
5 - After 3 days add 1 tsp sugar powder in it. Mix it properly and store it in an airtight container.

Orange Candy
Ingredients:

1 orange

½cup sugar

Method- How to make Orange Candy:


1 - Cut orange into pieces, remove it's cover. Remove the lower part of the cover. Cut it into thin pieces lengthwise.
2 - Take some water in a pan, heat it add Orange cover pieces in hot water. Cover it & boil for 10 minutes in medium flame.
3 - After 10 minutes change it's water and again boil it for 5 to 10 minutes, repeat this method till the Orange cover remain no bitter. Then strain Orange pieces and take it in a plate.
4 - Take sugar and half of the water in a pan. Add Orange pieces in it. Cook it till the sugar syrup become thick. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to cook in medium flame.
5 - After comes to room temperature store it in an airtight container for a month and above. You can use it for garnish sweet, dessert and cakes.

Carrot Pickle / Without onion garlic
Ingredients:

½kg carrot

1 tsp salt
½tsp turmeric powder
½tsp chilli powder
½tsp roasted cumin powder
½tsp cumin seeds
½tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
4 tbsp tamarind pulp

Method- How to make Carrot Pickle:


1 - Mix salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder in carrot. Mix it properly, cover it and keep aside for 7-8 hour.
2 - After 8 hours, cover it with thin cloth & dry it for 2 days.
3 - After 2 days heat a pen in medium flame, add 4 tbsp oil in it. Then add cumin & mustard seeds.
4 - When oil comes to room temperature add it over carrot. Then add roasted cumin powder, fennel seeds & tamarind pulp in carrot. Mix it properly and again dry it for 2 days.
5 - After 2 days you can take it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

1-litre milk

3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp water

Methods- How to make Paneer in Microwave:


1 - Heat milk in medium flame.when milk starts to boil add vinegar and water mix in it. Stir it continuously.
2 - When paneer separate from the water close the flame and keep aside for half an hour.
3 - Then strain paneer in a strainer, wash it in cold water.
4 - Add refined flour in it knead it properly for 2 minutes.
5 - Take it in a microwave-safe bowl. Spread it properly and make some holes in toothpick over paneer.
6 - Steam it for two minutes at normal temperature.
7 - Then take paneer in a plate cut it in pieces.
8 - Paneer is ready. You can make many recipes with it, even you can store it in refrigerators till 7 days in airtight container.

4 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½tsp black pepper powder

Method- How to make Onion Paneer:


1 - Heat a pan in medium flame, add 3 tbsp oil in it. Then add ½tsp cumin & mustard seeds.
2 - Add onion in hot oil. Cook onion till it turns to light golden brown colour.
3 - Then add paneer, salt, roasted cumin powder and black pepper powder in it. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.
4 - Add tomato sauce in paneer, mix it properly. Take it in a bowl and serve it as a starter or with roti, paratha or naan.

Ingredients:

1 bowl grated cauliflower

1 bowl grated cabbage
1 bowl grated french beans
1 bowl grated capsicum
1 bowl grated carrot
1-inch piece grated ginger
1 grated garlic
green chilli

Spring onion
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp refined flour
Drumsticks
Salt as per taste
Tomato sauce
Red chilli sauce

Method- How to make Vegetable Lollipop:


1 - Mix all vegetables, onion, garlic, ginger, all sauce, schezwan chutney, black pepper powder, refined flour & corn starch in a bowl. Add salt in it & knead it properly.
2 - Make the vegetable mix in oval shape add drumstick in it.
3 - Heat oil in medium flame, add 1 by 1 lollipops in hot oil. When it comes to light golden brown colour take it in a plate.
4 - Wrap drumstick in foil. Then serve it in a plate with sauce.

Ingredients:

250 gm refined flour
1 cup so soaked moong dal/yellow lentils
2 tbsp gram flour
½tsp turmeric powder
½tsp chilli powder
½tsp cumin powder
½tsp coriander powder
4 tbsp refined oil
Salt as per taste

Method- How to make Moong Dal Kachori:


1 - Take refined flour, refined oil and salt in a plate. Mix it properly, rub it in your 2 palm,add water step by step.Knead it for 2-3 minutes and make a soft dough,cover it for 15 minutes.
2 - Heat a pan in medium flame ,add 2 tbsp oil in it.
3 - Then add gram flour in hot oil. Stir it till gram flour change its colour.
4 - Add dry masala powder. Stir 1 minute. Then add moong dal/ yellow lentils and salt. Mix it & cover it for 2 minute in slow flame. After 2 minutes cool it till it comes to room temperature.
5 - Make roti size balls in dough. Make it like a bowl,add stuffing in it.close it & flatten in palm.
6 - Heat oil in medium flame. Add kachori in lukewarm oil. Fry it till it turns to light golden brown colour. It takes 4-5 minutes for frying.
7 - Then take it in a plate. Serve it with chutney.

10 chikoo

2 tbsp sugar

Method- How to make Chikoo Ice-cream:

1 - Mix chikoo pieces & sugar in a blender jar, blend it and make a fine paste.

2 - Mix whipped cream in chikoo paste. Beat it for 5 minutes.
3 - Then pour the ice cream batter in a freezer-safe bowl. Close the cover and freeze it for 4 hours.
4 - After 4 hours take ice cream in a plate with the help of scoop and serve.

Pinch of soda

Method- How to make condensed milk:


1 - Heat milk in medium flame.
2 - When it started boiling add sugar and soda in it.
3 - Continuously stir it till it becomes thick.
4 - It takes one hour in mediums/slow flame for cooking. Condense milk should be in string consistency.
5 - When it becomes thick you can use it for making cake, sweets & many more dessert.

2 - Heat milk in medium flame, when it started boiling add sugar in it.
3 - Boil milk for 2 minutes, then pour custard batter in milk. Continuously stir it.
4 - After 2 minute add 2-3 drop red food colour in it. Mix it properly.
5 - When custard comes to room temperature then add strawberry pulp in it. Mix it properly.
6 - Then take it in a bowl. Garnish with small pieces of strawberry & serve it.

Ingredients:

2 cup refined flour
3 strawberry cut into small pieces
½ cup of sugar
½cup ghee
1 tsp baking powder
¼tsp baking soda
2 cup lukewarm milk
Vanilla essence
Red food colour
Whipped cream

Method- How to make Strawberry Muffins:


1 - Take refined flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and ghee in a bowl. Mix it.
2 - Add lukewarm milk step by step, mix it. Then add vanilla essence & red food colour. Beat it for 2-3 minutes. Cover the batter and keep aside 15 minutes.
3 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees part 10 minutes.
4 - After 15 minutes add strawberry pieces in batter. Mix it properly.
5 - Take a muffin pan, add buttercup in it. Pour 2 tbsp batter in each cup.
6 - Bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees.
7 - Beat whipped cream for 25-30 minute till it becomes thick. Take ½of cream in a bowl & add red colour in it. Mix it.
8 - Cut front side of the disposable cone. The attached nozzle in it. Add whipped cream in a cone.
9 - When muffins come to room temperature, icing it rose flower design. Decorate it with strawberry pieces and sprinkles. Then serve it.

Ingredients:

1-litre whole milk
1 tbsp sugar

Method- How to make Mawa:


Take milk and sugar in a pan. Boil it till it turns to thick. Continuously stir it. It takes 1 hour for cooking. When milk becomes thick and it comes to room temperature you can make a variety of sweets with it and even you can store it in air tight container for 7 days and above.

Ingredients:

1-litre milk

3 tbsp vinegar + 3 tbsp water
3 orange
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp refined flour
½tsp green cardamom powder

Method- How to make Orange Rasgulla:


1 - Heat milk in medium flame. When it started boiling add vinegar in it, stir it continuously. After 15 minutes of strain paneer in a strainer. Wash paneer in cool water and take it in a plate.
2 - Take Orange in a blender jar blend it roughly. Strain it in a strainer. Don't mix water in orange juice. Add sugar & green cardamom powder in juice and keep aside.
3 - Take two glass water and two tablespoon sugar in a pressure cooker. Boil it.
4 - Mix 1 tsp refined flour in paneer. Knead it for 4-5 minute. Make medium size paneer balls.
5 - Add paneer balls in a pressure cooker & close cooker cover. Boil paneer balls in medium flame. Wait for 1 whistle. Then leave it for 15 minutes.
6 - After that squeeze rasgulla & add all in orange juice. Keep aside for half an hour.
7 - After half an hour take it in a plate & serve.

½ kg mawa

½cup sugar powder/boora
2 tbsp milk powder
½tsp green cardamom powder

Method- How to make Mawa Peda:


1 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add 1 tsp ghee in it.
2 - Then add mawa in it. Cook it till it becomes soft.
3 - When mawa come to room temperature knead it properly.
4 - Then add sugar powder, milk powder & green cardamom powder in mawa. Mix it properly.
5 - Make small balls in mawa. Give it the shape of peda. Then arrange it in a plate & serve

2 cup soaked moong dal

10 tbsp ghee
5 tbsp sugar
½tsp green cardamom powder
Cashew nuts

Method- How to make Moong Dal Halwa:


1 - Take soaked moong dal in a blender jar ,bleand it and make a fine paste.
2 - Heat a pan in medium flame, add ½of ghee in it.
3 - Then pour moong dal batter in pan. Cook it till it turns to thick. It takes 7-8 minutes in medium flame to become thick.
4 - Then add sugar in moong dal. Cook in slow flame , till sugar melted and mix with moong batter.
5 - Then add green cardamom powder in it. Take it in a bowl, garnish with cashew nuts and serve.

5 Strawberrys pulp paste

4 strawberry pulp cut into small pieces
5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp green cardamom powder

Method- How to make Strawberry Kheer:


1 - Boil milk in medium flame. When milk started boiling add rice in it. Stir it continuously till rice becomes soft and mix with milk.
2 - Then add sugar in it. Boil it for 2 minutes.
3 - When sugar melted add green cardamom powder and 2-3 drop red food colour in it. Mix it properly. Kheer is ready.
4 - When kheer comes to room temperature add strawberry pulp and dry fruits in it. Mix it properly.
5 - Take it in a bowl for serving. Garnish with strawberry pulp.

Watermelon  juice recipe

Ingredients:


1 kg watermelon
10-15 mint leaves
¼ tsp black salt
Pinch of white salt
3 wooden sticks for decoration

Method- How to make Watermelon Juice:


1 - Cut watermelon in pieces. Remove its cover. Cut it into small pieces and take it in a blender jar. Blend it properly.
2 - After blending strain the juice. Add black salt and white salt in it.
3 - take it in a glass. Add ice cubes in it. Decorate with watermelon cubes.
4 - watermelon juice is ready for serving. Make the easy and delicious recipe and enjoy.

2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder

Method- How to make CAD-B:


1 - boil milk in medium flame.
2 - Take is slicer grate chocolate in it. Cut some big pieces of chocolate lengthwise in knife also.
3 - After a boil, milk adds drinking chocolate powder and cocoa powder in it. Boil it for 1 minute & then freeze it for 1 hour.
4 - After 1-hour strain chocolate milk and take it in a glass.
5 - Add 1 scoop ice cream in it. Decorate with small and big chocolates.
6 - Cad-b is ready for serving, just make it at home and enjoy.

1 raw mango (kacha Aam)
4 tbsp sugar

Method- How to make Raw Mango Drink(Aam panna):


1 - Remove the cover of the raw mango. Cut the pulp of mango.
2 - Add 1 cup water in Pulp and boil it for 5 minutes.
3 - After comes to room temperature, take it in a blender jar, add all ingredients in it and blend it.
4 - After blending strain it in strainer.
5 - Add 2 glass water in it. Take it in a glass. You can make 3-4 glass aam Panna in one medium size raw mango.
6 - Add ice cubes in it. Decorate with a raw mango slice and mint leaves. Add a pinch of black salt over it.
7 - Now raw mango drinks/aam Panna is ready to serve.

Ingredients:


½ litre creamy milk (boiled)
1 big mango
4 tbsp sugar
4 green cardamom
4-5 cashew nuts 

Method- How to make Mango Milkshake:

1 - Make powder in green cardamom and cut the cashew nuts.
2 - Remove the cover and cut the pulp of the mango.
3 - Take it in a blender jar. Add sugar, green cardamom powder and milk in it.
4 - Blend it properly. Take it in a glass.

Its taste is just like ready made mango juice taste. In 1 glass mango pulp you can make 6 glass of mango juice

Ingredients:


1 bowl mango pulp
2 bowl sugar
6 bowl water

Methods- How to make Mango Juice:


1 - Take mango pulp in a big bowl. Add 6 measurement of water in it. Mix it properly.
2 - strain it in a strainer.
3 - Boil it in medium flame. When it started boiling add sugar in it.
4 - Remove extra bubbles over the juice in boiling time. Boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
5 - Add pinch of salt in it. When it comes to room temperature freeze it for 1 hour.
6 - Now mango juice is ready for serving. Add some ice cube over it and serve it.

2 bowl sugar
½ tsp citric acid
Green food colour
(1 measurement of mango pulp + 3 measurement of water)

Method- How to make Raw Mango Syrup (Kacche Aam Ka Syrup):


1 - Remove the cover of the mango, cut the pulp in small pieces, blend it. Take mango pulp in a big bowl. Add 3 measurement of water in it. Strain it in a strainer.
2 - Boil mango juice for 5 minutes in medium flame.
3 - Add sugar in it. Add a pinch of green food colour in it. Remove the bubbles over it. Boil it for 20-25 minute.
4 - Then add citric acid in it. You can also add half lemon juice. After comes to room temperature pour it in a bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
