Jamun shots-Healthy blackberry shots-Homemade jamun drinks

Jamun fruits are very good for health and it is low calories. These are also effective for diabetes patient. It is a fruits of supriya health benefits. Jamun fruits is great to make your hair healthy and shiny. Eating jamun after meals is very good for health.


Ingredients :
Jamun fruits
Sugar or honey
(as per taste)



Method- How to make Jamun Shots:


1 - Remove the seeds from jamun berries.
2 - Take jamun pulp in a blender jar.
3 - Blend it and make a smooth paste.
4 - Take it in a bowl, then add sugar in it.
5 - Decorate with mint leaves and Jamun fruits.
