Dalgona bread-Homemade sweet bread












This is a without egg and butter sweet dalgona bread recipe. Now the days dalgona recipes are very famous all over the world. I use whipped coffee in bread dough. Whipped coffee gives a delicious and nice flavour to the sweet loaf bread.

Ingredients
For whipped coffee

2 tbsp coffee powder
2 tbsp sugar powder
2 tbsp Lukewarm water

Ingredients
For bread dough :

1 cup refined flour 
2 tbsp sugar powder
1 tbsp refined oil
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp active dry yeast
4 tbsp whipped coffee
Lukewarm milk as needed



Method 
How to make :


• Take 2 tbsp sugar powder, 2 tbsp regular coffee powder and 2 tbsp lukewarm water in a bowl.
• We have to take all ingredients equal quantity.
• you can beat it in hand whisk or in electric blender. If you're using electric blender, then it is very easy to to beat the coffee.
• If you beat it in hand whisk then it takes 5-6 minutes for beating the coffee. 
• Add ½ cup lukewarm water in ½ tsp active dry yeast.
• Leave it for 5 minutes.
• Take 1 cup refined flour, 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tbsp refined oil, ¼ tsp salt and 4 tbsp whipped coffee in a plate.
• Pour dry yeast batter in it.
• Mix all ingredients properly.
• Add lukewarm milk step-by-step and make a soft dough.



• Knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes till it become soft.
• Add some drops of refined oil in your palm when you knead the dough.
• Then grease a bowl with refined oil and add keep dough in it.
• Add a little bit oil over dough, cover the bowl and keep aside for 2 hour in a warm place. 



• After 2 hours take fermented dough in a grease a plate.
• Press it and remove the bubbles.
• Then grease a loaf pan.
• Keep bread in it and spread uniformly.
• Keep aside for one hour in a warm place.



• After one hour preheat oven in 180 degree for 10 minutes.
• Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.



• After bake 25 minutes keep it for 10 minutes and then unmold from loaf pan.
• Then cut it in pieces, Dalgona bread is ready for serving.

Masala bread-Peanut Bread Roll
We can make different types of bread. Peanuts spring bread is one of tasty and delicious bread. We can make it easily for snacks.It is tasty and healthy.

Ingredients:


2 cups refined flour
5 tbsp refined oil
5 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 tsp active dry yeast
Salt as per taste
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp chilli powder
Oregano
Chilli flakes

Method- How to make peanut bread roll:


1 - Add half cup lukewarm water in dry yeast & keep aside for 5 minutes.
2 - Take refined flour, 2 tbsp refined oil, dry yeast better in a bowl. Add lukewarm water step by step and make the dough. Take the dough in the kitchen platform. Add 1/2 tsp oil over it, knead it in the process of spread and fold method for 4-5 minutes. Then take the dough in a greased pan, add oil over it. Cover it and keep aside for 2 hours.
3 - After 2 hours, roll the dough in a rolling pin. Add oil, dry masala and peanuts over the dough. Cut roti in length, roll it and take it in a greased pan. Cover it and keep aside for half an hour.
4 - preheat the oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5 - After half an hour add some oil over the roll. Bake it for 15-20 minutes in 180 degrees.
6 - After baking when it comes to room temperature, cool it. Cut in pieces and serve.

Homemade bread-Vegetable stuffed bread-How to make healthy bread at home


Homemade bread
Bread is delicious snacks for all ages people. We can make different types of bread. Garlic bread, peanut butter bread, cheese bread etc.
Today's recipe is vegetable stuffed bread. You can use any vegetable as your choice for stuffing. I use 3 vegetable green peas, Capsicum & tomato. If you want to add onion, then you have to at first fry onion in oil and then add vegetable in it.

Ingredients:


2 cup refined flour
5 tbsp refined oil
½ tsp salt
2 tomato
1 Capsicum
1 bowl green peas
1 tsp active dry yeast
½tsp cumin powder
½tsp coriander powder
½tsp chilli powder
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Black pepper powder
mozzarella cheese

Method- How to make vegetable stuffed bread:


1 - Add half cup lukewarm water in dry yeast and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2 - Add dry yeast batter salt in refined flour. Pour lukewarm water step by step in it and make the dough.
3 - Transfer the dough in kitchen platform add some oil over it and knead it in the process of spread and fold for 4-5 minutes. Take to the dough in a greased pan, add some oil over it. Cover it and keep aside for 2 hours.
4 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add 2 tbsp oil in it. Add dry masala, all vegetables & salt. Mix it properly and cover it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes stuffing is ready.
5 - After 2 hours when dough become floppy, remove the extra bubbles in it.
6 - Grease a loaf pan. Take the dough in it and add stuffing in the middle part of the dough. Cover it and keep aside for half an hour.
7 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake bread for 15 minutes. 8 - after 15 minutes When the bread comes to room temperature remove it from pan, cut in pieces and serve it. predictor method of making must see the video.

Homemade burger bun-Soft burger bun-Eggless burger bun


 Homemade burger bun
Usually, we all take readymade burger bun in the market for making burger. But we can easily make it at home. We need minimum ingredients for making this. Must follow the recipe for soft & buttery burger bun making.

Ingredients:


2 cup refined flour
1½ cup lukewarm milk
4 tsp butter
2 tbsp sugar powder
 ¼tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp milk powder

Method- How to make burger bun:


1 - Add some lukewarm water in dry yeast and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2 - Take refined flour, milk powder, sugar powder and salt in a bowl, mix it.
3 - Then pour dry is batter and lukewarm milk step by step in flour. Mix it properly.
4 - Take the dough in the kitchen platform. Add 2/ 3 tsp oil in it. Knead it in the process of "spread and fold" for 4/5 minute.
5 - Then grease a bowl. Add dough in the bowl and add some butter over the dough. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
6 - After 1 hour divide the dough into two parts. Grease a baking tray. Make round shape to the dough. Keep it in the tray. Add some oil over it. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
7 - After 1 hour preheat the oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
8 - Add some sesame seeds over burger dough. Bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees.
9 - Then burger buns are ready for making burgers.

Garlic bread-Homemade garlic bread-Eggless garlic bread


Homemade garlic bread
Ingredients:

2 cup refined flour
1 cup lukewarm water
4 tbsp refined oil
1 tsp dry yeast
½ tsp salt
3 garlic
½tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper powder

Method- How to make garlic bread:


1 - Add ½cup lukewarm water in active dry yeast & keep aside.
2 - Add dry yeast batter and salt in refined flour. Add lukewarm water step by step & make the dough. Then transfer dough in kitchen platform, add some oil over it. Knead it in the process of spread and fold.
3 - Take dough in a greased bowl, add some oil over it. Cover it & keep aside for 1 hour.
4 - After 1-hour grease a baking plate. Spread the dough and make a round shape in it. Add oregano, Chilli flakes, garlic, black pepper powder in half of the dough. Then fold & keep aside for 1 hour.
5 - After 1 hour preheat the oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
6 - Add oil over the bread dough. Then add garlic, oregano, Chilli flakes and black pepper powder over it. Make some marks over it. Bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees.
7- After 15 minutes cut garlic bread in pieces & serve.

Ladi Pav-Homemade pav-Eggless bread

Homemade eggless pav
Making pav at home is very easy. We need minimum ingredients for making this.

Ingredients:

2cup refined flour
1cup lukewarm milk
4-5tsp butter
2 tbsp milk powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast

Method- How to make ladi pav/bread:

1 - Add some lukewarm water in active dry yeast, mix it, keep aside for 5 minutes.
2 - Take refined flour, salt, sugar powder in a bowl. Mix it.
3 - Pour dry yeast better and lukewarm milk step by step in flour. knead it.
4 - Take the dough in the kitchen platform. Knead the dough in the process of "spread and fold" for 4/5 minutes.
5 - Then keep the dough in a greased pan. Add some oil over the dough. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
6 - After 1 hour remove bubbles from the dough. Make small balls on the dough.
7 - Grease a baking pan, keep the ball in it. Add some milk in a brush over the dough balls. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
8 - After 1-hour Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Add some more milk over dough balls. 9 - Bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees. Bread is ready. You can make many more thing with the bread.

Sweet tutti frutti bread-Sweet bun-Homemade sweet bun


Homemade sweet bun
This recipe sweet eggless tutti frutti bun bread is a very good and delicious recipe. It's very easy to make.We can make it easily with minimum ingredients.

Ingredients:


4 cup refined flour
3 cup lukewarm milk
1 cup sugar
6 tsp oil
8 tsp tutti frutti
2 tsp active dry yeast
I tsp salt

Methods- How to make sweet tutti-frutti bread:


1 - Add lukewarm water in dry yeast, mix it and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2 - Teak refined flour, sugar & salt in a bowl, mix it.
3 - Add dry yeast batter and lukewarm milk step by step in flour, make a soft dough.
4 - Take dough in kitchen platform. knead it for 5 to 6 minute in "spread & fold" method.
5 - Take dough in a greased bowl. Add some oil over it. Cover it and keep aside for 1½ hour.
6 - After 1½ hour remove the extra bubbles from the dough. Mix tutti frutti in it. Keep the dough in a grease baking pan. Add oil over the dough. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
7 - After 1 hour preheat the oven for 10 minutes in 180 degrees. Then bake the dough for 15 minutes.
8 - When it comes to room temperature serve it.

Homemade white bread-How to make bread at home

Homemade white bread
Ingredients:

2 cup refined flour
2 tbsp sugar powder
4 tbsp refined oil
2 cup lukewarm water
1¼ tsp dry yeast
½ tsp salt

Method- How to make White Bread:


1 - Add some lukewarm water in dry yeast and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2 - Take refined flour, salt, sugar powder in a bowl and mix it. Add dry yeast batter & lukewarm water step by step & make a soft dough.
3 - Then take the dough in kitchen platform. Add 3/4 tsp oil in it. Knead it in the method of "spread & fold" for 5-6 minute.
4 - Take the dough in a greased bowl and add some oil over it. Cover it and keep aside for 2 hours.
5 - Remove the extra bubbles from the dough. Grease a loaf pan. Keep the dough in it. Add some oil over it. Cove it and keep aside for 1 hour.
6 - After 1 hour preheat the oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake the dough for 15 minutes.
7 - After comes to room temperature cut it and serve.

Black forest cake icing process-Cake icing technique

Usually, we use the chocolate cake base in a black forest cake. A black forest cake icing method is different from other cake. we must need grated dark chocolates, whipped cream and cherries for icing and decorating it.

Method:


1 - Arrange the base of the cake. Then put whipped cream on it.

2 - Make small flowers with the help of the nozzle on the border of the cake.
3 - Keep cherries in the centre of each flower.
5 - Put grated chocolate on the cake for decoration.
6 - Now black forest cake is ready. just cut it and serve.
