Strawberry Milk-strawberry milkshake-healthy beverage

Strawberry Milk/ Milkshake
Ingredients:

10 medium size strawberry

½ litre boiled milk
4 tbsp sugar

Method- How to make Strawberry Milk/ Milkshake:

1 - Take strawberry, sugar and half cup water in a pan. Boil it for 4 to 5 minutes in medium flame till strawberry become soft.

2 - After 5-minute mash the strawberries.
3 - When it comes to room temperature strain it in a strainer.
4 - Take strawberry pulp, chilled milk and one scoop vanilla ice cream in a bottle. Shake it properly.
5 - Then pour it in a glass and serve.

Green Apple Salad-healthy salad

Green Apple Salad
Ingredients:

1 gree
n apple
1 carrot
1 onion
lemon
green Chilli

Method- How to make green apple salad:


1 - Cut all the vegetables lengthwise.
2 - Crush green chilli and onion roughly.
3 - Add salt as per your taste.
4 - Take salad in a plate, sprinkles black pepper powder over it.
5 - Add lemon juice over it. Then serve.

Sambar-South Indian cuisine

Sambar / South Indian dish
Ingredients:

Boiled vegetable 1 bowl (you can take vegetables as for your choice)

Half cup toor dal boiled with turmeric and salt
Some curry leaves
½ garlic
2 tsp tamarind pulp
2 tsp sambar masala powder
½tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Pinch of asafoetida

Method- How to make Sambar:


1 - Add ½cup water in boiled dal. Then mash it roughly.
2 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add 4 tsp oil in it.
3 - Then add ½tsp cumin and mustard seeds, pinch of asafoetida ,garlic, turmeric and curry leaves. Cook it for 1 minute in slow film.
4 - Then add boiled dal , boiled vegetable, ½ glass water, tamarind paste, sambar masala, salt and sugar.
5 - Boil it for 2-3 minute. Take in a bowl. Then serve it with roti,paratha,naan, chapati or rice.

Elaichi milk-Cardamom milkshake-healthy beverage

Elaichi milk / Cardamom milkshake
Ingredients:

½ litre milk
2 tbsp sugar
4 green cardamom
½ bowl vanilla ice cream

Method- How to make Elaichi milk / Cardamom milkshake:


1 - Heat milk, add sugar and green cardamom in it.
2 - Boil milk for 3-4 minute in slow flame.
3 - When milk comes to room temperature strain it in a strainer. Freeze milk for 1 hour.
4 - Then add ice cream in milk and shake it for 2 to 3 minutes. Then pour cardamom milk in a glass and serve.

Chocolate Cake Roll-kids meal-eggless cake roll

Chocolate Cake Roll
Ingredients:

2 cup refined flour

2 tbsp milk powder
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup of sugar powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cup lukewarm milk
1 tsp baking powder
½tsp soda
1 bowl whipped cream

Method- How to make Chocolate Cake Roll:


1 - Take all dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour unsalted butter and milk step by step. Beat it for 2-3 minute & make a smooth batter.
2 - Heat a pan in medium flame, add batter in it. Spread it over the pan in a thin layer. After 2-3 minute change its side.
3 - After 2 minute take it in a plate.
4 - When cake comes to room temperature add whipped cream over it. Spread properly.
5 - Slowly roll the cake. Wrap it in a butter paper. Freeze it for 4-5 hour.
6 - After 5 hour cut it in pieces & serve.

Cashew Kulfi-cashew ice cream-how to make cashew kulfi

Cashew Kulfi
Ingredients:

1-litre whole milk

2 tbsp sugar
½tsp green cardamom powder
20 cashew nuts (cut into pieces)

Method- How to make Cashew Kulfi:


1 - Heat milk, when milk started boiling add sugar in it. Continuously stir it till milk become half (one-litre milk turns to half letter). Then close the flame and cool it.
2 - When milk comes to room temperature, add green cardamom powder and cashew nuts pieces in it, mix it properly.
3 - Pour milk in kulfi mould or any small glass with a wooden stick. Freeze it for 5 to 6 hour.
4 - After 6 hours take some water in a bowl, add kulfi mould in water for one minute. Then remove kulfi from the mould. Take it in a plate & serve.

Orange Custard Mousse-Orange dessert-Easy orange sweet

Orange Custard Mousse
Ingredients:

1 orange juice

1 tbsp custard powder
1 bowl whipped cream
2 tbsp sugar
½ orange's pulp

Method- How to make Orange Custard Mousse:


1 - Pour ½cup water in custard powder mix it properly and keep aside.
2 - Heat orange juice, add sugar in it. When orange juice started for boiling pour custard batter in it. Continuously stir it. Cook till Orange custard turn to thick.
3 - When Orange custard comes to room temperature add whipped cream in it. Mix it properly.
4 - Then arrange it in a glass. Add whipped cream in the first layer. Then arrange Orange pulp over it.
5 - Then pour whipped cream and orange custard mix over it. Arrange orange pulp over it and freeze it for one hour.
6 - After 1 hour decorate it with orange Candy & serve.

Vegetable Lollipop-Without onion garlic starter-Veg starter

Vegetable Lollipop/ Without onion garlic / Starter
Ingredients:

1 bowl cauliflower

1 bowl cabbage
1 bowl french beans
1 bowl capsicum
1 bowl carrot
1-inch piece ginger
(All grated vegetables)
4-5 green chilli
10-12 drumstick pieces
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp refined flour
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tap coriander powder
½tsp red chilli powder
½tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
Salt as per taste

Method- How to make Vegetable Lollipop/ Without onion garlic recipe:


1 - Take all vegetables, masala powder, cornstarch, refined flour, tomato sauce, soya sauce and salt in a bowl. Mix it properly.
2 - Make the vegetable dough in oval shape and attach a drumstick piece with it. Make all drumstick in same process.
3 - Heat oil in medium flame add lollipop one by one in hot oil.
4 - Fry it till it turns to light golden brown colour.
5 - Then take it in a plate, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
