Kuttu ataa pakora


Ingredients :

300 gm boiled potato
200 gm kuttu atta
½ tsp rock salt
½ tsp black paper powder
5-6 mint leaves
4 tbsp oil

Method :

1 - Boil potato and remove its cover. Then cut it in slices.
2 - Take kuttu atta, rock salt, mint leaves and black pepper powder in a bowl.
3 - Add water step by step and make a smooth batter. Batter should be in gram flour pakoda consistency.

4 - You can add green chilli and coriander leaves in batter as per your taste.
5 - Heat a flat pan in medium flame. Non-stick pan is always better for this recipe.
6 - Dip potato pieces in batter and add one by one in hot pan.

7 - Add 2 tsp oil over the potato pieces.
8 - After 1 minute, change the side of the potato. 
9 - Again add half tsp oil over the potato.

10 - when potato turns to light golden brown colour, close the flame and take pakodaes in a plate for serving.
11 - kuttu atta pakora is ready for serving. Must try the delicious pakoda recipe in fasting season and enjoy.

Pineapple halwa-How to make pineapple halwa at home within 20 minutes

Pineapple halwa


Pineapple are tropical fruits, that are very rich in vitamins. Pineapples are low in calories. Pineapple juice contains vitamin, minerals, potassium and measures of sodium.

In this recipe "pineapple halwa" you must find a delicious taste and easy way for making halwa with pineapple pulp. You can make this pineapple dessert only in 20 minutes.


Ingredients :

½ pineapple
2 cup semolina (rava)
3 cup water
½ cup sugar
¼ cup clarified butter (ghee)
Dry fruits
½ tsp green cardamom powder

Method :

1 - Take half of pineapple, remove its cover and middle part of the pineapple. Cut the pulp in small pieces.

2 - Then take half of pineapple pieces in a blender jar, blend it and make a smooth paste.
3 - Heat a pan in medium flame, add 2 tbsp clarified water in it.
4 - Add semolina in hot clarified butter and cook it till it turns to light golden brown colour. It takes 5 to 6 minute in medium flame. When semolina changes it's colour take it in a plate

5 - Now pour pineapple paste and sugar in a pan and heat it in medium flame.
6 - When sugar melted add pineapple pieces in it. Cook it still pineapple pieces become soft.

7 - When pineapple pieces become soft add 3 cup water in it. Then boil it.
8 - When water started boiling add semolina in it, stir continuousiy. Cook it in medium flame till semolina become thick.

9 - Then add green cardamom powder, dry fruits and clarified butter in halwa. Mix it properly and take it in a plate 
10 - Add more dry fruits over halwa, halwa is ready for serving.

Maharashtrian amti dal recipe


Yellow gram (toor dal) contents folic acid, that is very essential for pregnant women. In every launch or dinner we have to take one small bowl toor dal, It is very good for all ages people. 

In this recipe we will make amti with toor dal. Amti's making process is completely different from dal fry. Because we add jaggery and dry mango pulp in amti, so it gives a delicious taste like "sour and sweet".

Ingredients :

1 cup boiled tur dal (with turmeric powder and salt)
2 tomato
4/5 tbsp grated fresh coconut
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
10/12 curry leaves
2 tbsp goda masala
½ tsp chili powder
2 piece dry mango
4 tbsp grated jaggery
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste




Method : how to make

1 - Wash 1 cup yellow gram (tur dal) and take it in cooker. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp salt in it. Cook it in medium flame till 1 whistle comes. Then close the flame. Now yellow dal is ready for making amti.
2 - Take refined oil in a pan, heat it in medium flame.



3 - Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and garam masala in hot oil. Stir it for 5-6 second.



4 - After 6 second, add tomato, chilli powder, grated fresh coconut and salt in it. Mix it properly, then cover the pan for 4-5 minutes in slow flame till tomatos become soft.



5 - Then add boiled dal, dry mango, jaggery and salt as per taste.
6 - Boil it for 1 minute. After 1 minute close the flame and add coriander leaves in it.  Then mix the dal properly.



7 - Amti is ready, now take it in a bowl.  you can serve it with rice or roti.

Paneer kalakand with condensed milk


Paneer kalakand is a popular Indian traditional sweet. Kalakand is usually made during festivals using paneer, cardamom powder, condensed milk, sugar and dry fruits. You can add or not add dry fruits as per your choice. It's taste is delicious and paneer kalakand is very easy to make. 
You can use homemade paneer or readymade paneer as you like. If you use readymade paneer then you have to grate the paneer, then make kalakand with it. In my family all members love paneer kalakand very much. You can make it with minimum ingredients and maximum quantity. Just follow some steps to make it and enjoy.

Ingredients :

For paneer making :
2 litre milk 
3/4 tbsp vinegar 

For kalakand making:
2 litre milk paneer
1 cup sugar
2 cup condense milk
1 cup milk powder
½ tsp green cardamom powder
Dry fruits

Method : how to make

1 - Heat milk for making paneer.
2 - Mix equal quantity of water in vinegar.
3 - When milk started boiling are vinegar and water mix in it and mix it.
4 - Then close the flame and keep aside the paneer for 10 to 15 minutes.

5 - After 15 minutes strain the paneer in strainer. Crumble it with your hand.
6 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add paneer, condensed milk contain sugar in it. Stir it continuously.
7 - After 10 minutes add milk powder with paneer and continuously cook it till it become thick. It       takes 20 to 25 minutes for cooking.

8 - Once done, remove from flame and add cardamom powder in it.
9 - Take a tray, grease it with ghee or oil. Pour paneer mix over it.

10 - Spread  paneer mix properly over the tray and add dry fruits over it.
11 - Freeze the mixture for 2 hour.

12 - After 2 hours cut it in pieces and serve.

Meethi boondi-Homemade sweet boondi-Traditional sweet



Homemade sweet boondi

Sweet boondies are mouth watering delicious snacks and dessert. Sweet boondies are used for making "laddu" the traditional sweet of India. People love boondi laddu in every festival or occasion like marriage, fasting festival, celebration etc. It is the small fry drops made by gram flour batter. Sweet boondi are always favourite in my family. 

Every person make this recipe with their idea. But in this recipe you find a simple process to making sweet boondi at home just like readymade boondi.


Ingredients :

For boondi batter
1 bowl gram flour (besan)
2 tbsp oil
Water for batter as needed

For sugar syrup :

1 bowl sugar
½ bowl water
½ tsp green cardamom powder

Method : how to make :

1 - Take 2 cup gram flour in a bowl, add water in it, then beat it. 
2 - Add 2 tsp oil in batter & beat it properly and make it smooth batter. The batter should be lump free and remember one thing the better should not be too thin. We need pakoda consistency batter for making boondi.

3 - Whisk the batter for 2 to 3 minutes till it becomes smooth. Then cover it for 15-20 minutes.
4 - For sugar syrup making take 1 bowl sugar in a pan and pour ½ bowl water in it. Boil it in medium flame. We need one string consistency sugar syrup for boondi.

5 - It takes 5 to 7 minutes in medium flame for making sugar syrup. When sugar syrup become one string consistency add cardamom powder in it, mix it properly and keep aside.
6 - Now take refined oil in a plan and heat it. Pour on drop of batter in oil per checking is the oil is hot or not. We need hot oil for making boondi.

7 - Then hold a  perforeted spoon over oil and pour 3-4 spoon batter in it.
8 - Tap the edges of the spoon to allow small droplets to fall into the pan. Fry it till it become crispy and turn to light golden brown colour.

9 - You can add different colour in batter for making colourful boondi as per your choice.
10 - After frying pour boondi in lukewarm sugar syrup. If the sugar syrup is cool then again heat it and make lukewarm.

11 - Mix properly boondi and sugar syrup. Then cover it and keep aside for half an hour.
12 - After half an hour take boondies in a plate, mix dry fruits as per your choice. Boondi is ready for serving.

13 - You can serve boondi after any meal, lunch or dinner. Even children love to eat boondi with Puri or chapati. You can store it in air tight container for one week.

Chirote is a crispy, dry, sweet snacks. It also known as khaja or gaja. Maharashtra word chirote is known in Bengal as khaja and in Orissa as "gaja". This sweet is a famous Prasad in Puri Jagannath Dham.

This crispy sweet is very easy to prepare and very delicious in taste. It is prepared with refined flour and coated with sugar syrup. It made with minium ingredients. Try out my easy version of making sweets chirote at home and you must  like it.



Sweet chirote-Diwali sweet-Khaja recipe

Ingredients :

2 cup refined flour
½ cup refined oil
Water as needed
Oil for frying

For sugar syrup :

1 bowl sugar
½ bowl water
½ tsp green cardamom powder
1 tsp lemon juice

Method : how to make

1 - Take refined flour in a plate and add oil in it.
2 - Then add water step by step, knead it properly and make a soft dough.
3 - After kneading cover the dough for 15 minutes and keep aside.

4 - For making sugar syrup take one bowl sugar and half boil water in a pan.
5 - Boil it in medium flame stir continuously.
6 - Add 1 tsp lemon juice in it. 
7 - We need one string consistency sugar syrup for chirote.
8 - When sugar syrup comes to one string consistency, close the flame, add green cardamom powder in it. Cover the syrup and keep aside.

9 - After 15 minutes divide the dough in 3 part. 
10 - Take some dry flour, make round shape ball in dough, roll it in a rolling pin and make a thin roti. Make all three roti in same process.
11 - Then take 2 tbsp ghee in a bowl. Mix 3 tbsp refined flour in it. Mix it properly and make a smooth paste.
12 - Add 2 tbsp ghee flour mix over a roti. Spread it properly. Keep 2nd roti over it. Then add again the mix over 2nd roti. Arrange all three roti in same process.
13 - Now make roll with these roti. Cut it ½ inch piece in width.

14 - Take a piece and add some dry floor over it then roll it in a rolling pin.
15 - Roll all the pieces in same process. 
16 - Heat oil in medium flame. We need lukewarm oil for frying chirote.

17 - Then add one by one pieces in lukewarm oil and fry it till it turns to light golden brown colour.
18 - After turns to light golden brown colour take all the pieces in a plate.
19 - Dip it in sugar syrup for 5-6 second. Then take it in a plate.
20 - Now chirote is ready for serving, you can also store it in a air tight container above 15 days.

Rather than it couldn't be soft. 

But believe me after making all the cake without condensed milk and egg, till the cake are very soft and the texture is just like readymade cake. Totally all cakes are very delicious in taste and also looks beautiful.

Chocolate cake is one of all time favourite snacks for children. Any occasion or any celebration we need cakes for celebrating. We can make different types of cake at home but chocolate cake is popular among all the cakes.

Ingredients:


2 cup refined flour

1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
100-gram butter
1 cup sugar powder
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cup warm milk Spongy chocolate cake

Method- How to make chocolate cake:


1 - Take sugar powder, butter, cocoa powder, vanilla essence & mix it properly.
2 - Then add baking soda, baking powder and mix it again.
3 - Add refined flour step by step. Then pour milk & beat it for 20-25 minutes.
4 - Grease a baking pan and add butter paper in it.
5 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
6 - Pour cake mix in the baking pan and bake it for 25 minutes.
7 - After 10 minutes remove it from pan and cut it in the piece then serve it.

A cake pop is always made with leftover cake pieces. It looks like lollipops. It is one of the favourite snacks of children.

Method- How to make cake pop:


1 - At first, we need some pieces of cakes.

I took 3 types of cakes -- red velvet, black forest and vanilla cake.
2 - For kneading - take 1 spoon of mixed fruit jam for red velvet cake & 2 spoons of whipped cream for black forest and vanilla cake.
3 - After kneading refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
4 - After 15 minutes give the dough the shape of small balls l.
5 - Then melt dark chocolates.
It takes 20 to 25 minutes for completely melting.
6 - Dip the sticks in the chocolate and attach it to cake balls.
7 - After joint the sticks to the cake, dip the cake balls in melted chocolates.
8 - Now, decorate the balls with sprinkles and white chocolate.
9 - Freeze them neatly & carefully till at least 10 minutes.
Now your chocolate cake pop is ready to serve 😍

Vegetable rice-Masala bhat-Maharashtrian cuisine


Masala bhaat is recipe of Maharashtra, which is the mixture of spices, vegetable and rice. Adding different types of vegetables makes the rice healthy. It is generally served for breakfast or lunch. And it is also a tiffin box or lunch box recipe.

Ingredients :

2 cup rice
6 tbsp oil
3 onion
1 capsicum
1 bowl cauliflower (cut)
1 carrot
2 tomato
3 green chilli
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp goda masala
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 stick cinnamon
2 cloves
2 green cardamom
8/10 curry leaves
Salt as per taste

Method : how to make

1 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add oil in it.


2 - Then add green cardamom, clove, cinnamon stick, curry leaves, onion, coriander powder, cumin powder & goda masala in hot oil. Stir it for 6/7 second.
3 - Add capsicum, carrot, cauliflower and salt. Mix all vegetable properly and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.


4 - After 3 minute add green chilli, tomato and grated fresh coconut in vegetable. Stir it for 1 minute.
5 - Then add rice in vegetable and cook it in medium flame, till vegetable and rice become dry.
6 - Then pour double measurement of water in rice (4 cup water for 2 cup rice). Mix it properly.


7 - Cover the pan for 5 to 6 minut in low flame. After 6 minutes open the cover of the pan, mix it, take the rice in a bowl and serve.
8 - Masala bhat is ready, you can serve it with raita or pickles.
