Ingredients :

• 2 cup wheat flour
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup refined oil
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 4-5 drops of vanilla essence
• ½ cup curd
• Lukewarm milk for making batter

For Icing :
Ingredients 

• 2 tsp clarified butter (ghee)
• ½ cup wheat flour
• ¼ cup sugar
• 3 cup milk

How to make cake :

• Add ½ kg rock salt in a pan and spread it properly in pan.
• Add a stand in the middle part of pan.

• Cover the pan and preheat it for 10 minutes in slow flame.
• Take 2 cup wheat flour in a bowl, add 1 cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and 2 tbsp cocoa powder in it.
• Mix all ingredients.
• Then add ½ cup refined oil, ½ cup curd and 2 drop vanilla essence.
• Add lukewarm milk step by step and mix it till it comes to pouring consistency.
• Then grease a pan with oil and add a butter paper in it.

• Pour batter in pan and tap the pan.
• Keep the batter pan in pre-heat pan, over the stand.

• Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.

• After baking the cake keep aside it for half an hour and then remove the butter paper.
• Cut the dark part over the cake.


Preparation for icing
Method :

• Pour 2 tsp clarified butter (ghee) in a pan.
• Add ½ cup wheat flour in it and continuously stir it for 2 minutes in slow medium flame.
• Add ¼ cup sugar in it and again stir it for 1 minute.
• Pour 3 cup milk step by step in roasted wheat flour.
• Cook it continuously till become thick.
• When it become thick take ½ of the icing in a bowl.
• Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder with rest  icing and mix properly.
• Icing is ready, close the flame.

• We need large star shaped nozzle and disposable cone for icing on the cake.
• Pour batter in piping bag and make rose flowers over cake.
• Chocolate birthday cake is ready.

Strawberry Cake-Eggless strawberry cake-Homemade cake
Cakes are takes a most important part of all celebrations and occasions. In every occasion we cut cake to celebrate the most important day with our family, friends and relatives. In this recipe "strawberry cake" is a eggless and without condensed milk cake. Most of people say that if we don't add egg in cake, then we must have to add condensed milk in it. Rather than it couldn't be soft. 

But believe me after making the cake without condensed milk and egg, till the cake is very soft and the texture is just like readymade cake.  Totally this cake is very delicious in taste and also looks beautiful.

Ingredients:


2 cup refined flour
¼-cup unsalted butter
1 - cup sugar powder
1 - tsp baking powder
¼tsp baking soda
¼tsp strawberry essence
2 - cup warm milk

For icing:

Whipped cream
Strawberries
Some strawberry leaves

Method- How to make Strawberry cake:


1 - When unsalted butter comes to room temperature mix sugar powder in it and beat it properly.
2 - Then add strawberry essence, baking powder and baking soda.
3 - Than lukewarm milk in it & mix it properly.
4 - Add refined flour step-by-step & beat properly.
5 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
6 - Grease a baking tray, pour batter in it. Bake it for 20-25 minutes in 180 degrees.
7 - Beat the heavy cream for 20 - 25 minutes.
8 - When cake comes to room temperature, cut the strong part over the cake.
9 - Cut the middle part of the cake, then add whipped cream and strawberry jelly over it.
10 - Then keep the second part of the cake over strawberry jelly. Cover the cake with whipped cream.
11 - Pour strawberry jelly over the cake and make some designs with whipped cream. Decorate with strawberries.
