Oreo cake-Instant cake-Homemade eggless cake
Oreo biscuit is a favourite biscuit for all. We can make many things with Oreo biscuits. "Oreo cake" is a delicious cake. Its the texture is just like a brownie.

Ingredients:


25 Oreo biscuit

1½ bowl lukewarm milk
2tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp tutti frutti
2 tbsp refined oil
1 tsp Eno fruit salt
½bowl refined flour

Method- How to make oreo cake:


1 - Take all Oreo biscuit in a blender jar, blend it and make a fine powder.
2 - Take biscuit powder in a bowl. Add milk powder & sugar in it mix it.
3 - Then add refined oil and lukewarm milk step-by-step. Mix it properly.
4 - Add refined flour & tutti frutti in the batter. Beat it for properly. Cover it and keep aside for 5 minutes.
5 - Preheat oven for 10 minutes in 180 degrees.
6 - After 5 minutes add 1 tsp Eno fruit salt in the cake batter. Beat it for a minute.
7 - Grease a baking pan, add a butter paper in it. Then pour batter in baking pan. Spread the batter with the help of a spatula.
8 - Bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees.
9 - After baking when it comes to room temperature cut it and serve.

Parle-G Cake-Instant cake-Eggless homemade cake

Parle G cake with fresh fruit is an easy healthy and tasty snacks.

Ingredients:


3 packet Parle G biscuit

2 cup lukewarm milk
½cup refined flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 Apple
1 Pomegranate
1Orange
½tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
Butterscotch essence

Method- How to make Parle-G cake:


1 - Blend parle g biscuits and make a fine powder in it.
2 - Mix refined flour, sugar, oil and step by step lukewarm milk in Parle-G powder. Make it smooth batter. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
3 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
4 - After 15 minutes add fresh fruits in batter, mix it properly. Then add Eno fruit salt in batter & beat it for a half minute.
5 - Take a baking pan, grease it and add butter paper in it. Then pour batter in a baking tray. Bake it for 20-25 minutes in 180 degrees.
6 - After baking when it comes to room temperature remove it from pan, cut in pieces and serve.

Mango Pancake-Instant cake-Eggless homemade pan cake

You can make mango pancake within 10 minutes at home. It is a healthy, delicious and instant cake recipe.

Ingredients:


2 cup refined flour

3 mango's pulp
1 cup sugar
50-gram butter
1 tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
4 tbsp dry coconut
4 tbsp peanuts
1 cup milk

Method- How to make mango pancake:


1 - Mix all dry ingredients in refined flour. Mix it. Then add mango pulp and butter. Mix it properly.
2 - If required then add some cold milk and mix it. Then add peanuts and dry coconut powder in the batter. Beat it for
2 minutes.
3 - Heat a pan in medium flame adds butter in it. pour 2-3 tablespoon butter in pan. Cover it for 2-3 minute in medium flame.
4 - After 2 minutes change its side and again cover it for 2 minutes.
5 - Then take mango pancake in a plate. Decorate the plate with mango pulp & Cherry. Then you can serve it.
