1 raw mango
200 gm heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar powder
2-3 drop green liquid food colour
Method - How to make
1 - Take raw mango in a blender jar, blend it and maker fine paste.
2 - Pour heavy cream in a bowl, add sugar powder in it. Beat it for 20 to 25 minutes till it becomes thick.
3 - After 25 minute add raw mango paste & 2-3 drop of liquid green food colour in cream. Again beat it for 5 minutes.
4 - Then pour the ice cream batter in a freezer-safe bowl, cover it and freeze it for 4 to 5 hour.
5 - After 5 hour take some scoops of ice cream in a plate, garnish with dry fruits and serve.
