In Christmas people make plum cake, snowman cake or Santa claus cream cake. In this recipe you find how to make Santa Claus cream cake to follow easy process. I use varieties of dry fruits in this cake. This cake is a chocolaty fruit cake. It's taste is delicious.
• Take one measurement of sugar and add one measurement of water in a pan. • Heat it till sugar dissolve in water and started boiling. • When sugar syrup started boiling add dry fruits in it. • Boil it for 1 minute.
• Then cover sugar syrup and dry fruits for 1½ hour. • When sugar syrup comes to room temperature, strain it in a strainer. • Then keep the dry fruits in one bowl and sugar syrup in another bowl. • Add 2-3 drops of vanilla essence in sugar syrup for flavour.

How to make chocolate fruit cake :
• Take 4 cup refined flour in a bowl. • Add milk powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder in refined flour. • Mix all dry ingredients properly.
• Then add 2-3 drop chocolate essence, melted butter and lukewarm milk step by step in it. • At first mix all ingredients properly. • When it comes to batter consistency then beat it for 2 minutes.
• After beating cover the batter for 10-15 minutes. • Heat oven in 180 degree for 10 minutes. • Take a round shaped 8 inch pan. • Grease the pan with oil and add a butter paper piece in it. • After 15 minutes pour the batter in baking pan. • You can make two equal size cake or make one big cake and divide into two piece. • Now bake the cake for 25 to 30 minutes in 180 degree.
• When cake is properly baked check it with toothpick and after come to room temperature start icing. • Beat half litre whipped cream for 25 to 30 minutes till it become thick. • Take some icing in 2 bowl, add red and green food colour in it.
How to icing Christmas santa cake :
• I use 3 nozzle for icing. Stars large shape nozzle Star small shape nozzle Flat nozzle • I use star large shape nozzle for rose flower making, small star nozzle for Santa cap and beard making, then flat nozzle for cakes side making. • Take 3 disposable cone.
• Add nozzles in different cone and fill the cones with whipped cream. • When cake comes to room temperature take it in a base.
• Add 8-9 spoon of sugar syrup over cake and then add a layer of white whipped cream. • Then add another cake over whipped cream, pour sugar syrup and cover the cake with white whipped cream.
• Now make a face of Santa Claus in toothpick over the cake. • Make the face of santa with pink colour, cap with red colour, beard with white colour, roses with red colour and all the boundary of cake with green colour whipped cream.

Then pour it in steaming pan. 2 - Add cornstarch in milk. Make a better and keep aside. 3 - Cut the bread in small pieces and take it in a blender jar. Add sugar, corn starch, sugar milk powder & 2 drops vanilla essence over the bread.
4 - Blend it.pour it in steaming pan. 5 - Heat water in a big pan & keep stand-in water. Add the steaming pan over the stand and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes. 6 - after 10 minutes check it in a toothpick. If it's steamed then cool it for 15 minutes. 7 - after 15 minutes remove it from pan and take an in a plate for serving. Cut it in small pieces. 8 - Bread pudding is ready. Cover it for 2 minutes in slow flame. 3 - After the 2-minute change it's side and cooks for 1 minute without cover. Then take it in a plate. Make all the pancakes in the same method. 4 - When cakes come to room temperature cut it in a round shape cutter. 5 - Add choco spread in one part of the cake and cover it with another cake. Then take the pancake in a plate and make all the cakes in the same process. 3 - Beat the cream for 20 to 25 minutes till it becomes thick. Then take half of the cream in a bowl and mix red food colour in it. Mix it in slow hand. Arrange it with disposable cone & large star-shaped nozzles. 4 - After comes to room temperature take pancake in a plate & arrange it layer-wise with whipped cream. 5 - Make some rose flowers over the pancake and decorate it with chocolates and strawberries.
