How to make homemade photo cake pastry-Photo cake tutorial-Eggless photo cake

Photo cake


Cakes are takes a most important part of all celebrations and occasions. In every occasion we cut cake to celebrate the most important day with our family, friends and relatives. Most of people say that if we don't add egg in cake, then we must have to add condensed milk in it. Rather than it couldn't be soft. 

But believe me after making the cake without condensed milk and egg, till the cake is very soft and the texture is just like readymade cake. Photo cakes are actually looks beautiful. Edible photo print are uses in cake. It is not very difficult to make a photo cake because we have to choose a photo and give it to our nearest cake shop for making edible print. They just take 10 to 15 minutes for making this. There is a butter paper back side of the photo. After cover the cake with whipped cream we have to just remove the back cover of photo and paste it over the cake.

If we talk about this vanilla flavoured photo cake, totally this cake is very delicious in taste and also looks beautiful.

For vanilla cake :

Ingredients :
4 cup refined flour
1½ cup sugar
1 cup milk powder
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
Milk as required
2 tbsp choco chips 

For icing :

Whipped cream
Edible photo print
Disposable cone
Rose flower Russian nozzle
Large star shaped nozzle
Liquid blue colour

Method : how to make

1 - Take refined flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder in a pan and mix it. 
2 - Then add butter and lukewarm milk step by step.



3 - At first mix properly the batter, then beat it for 2 minute.
4 - Cover the batter and keep aside for 15 minutes.



5 - Preheat oven in 180 degree for 10 minutes.
6 - Beat whipped cream for 20 to 25 minutes till it become thick.
7 - After 15 minutes take a baking pan. Grease it, add a butter paper piece in baking pan and pour batter in it.
8 - Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes in 180 degree.



9 - After baking when cake comes to room temperature take it in a plate, remove the butter paper.
10 - Cover the cake with cream.
11 - Take a edible print photo, remove the backside paper, paste it in the middle part of the cake.
12 - Mix liquid blue colour in half of the whipped cream, attach rose flower Russian nozzle in a disposable cone and add blue colour whipped cream in it.
13 - Attach large shape star nozzle in another disposable cone and add white colour whipped cream in it.



14 - Then decorate the cake. Make some designs with rose flower and some designs with star shape. Then your photo cake is ready.

 Nariyal pag (coconut sweet) is very popular in India. Specially it is a sweet dish from North India. We don't need any ghee, oil or butter to make this dish. You can make it with minimum ingredient and minimum time. So let's start making coconut sweet.

Ingredients :

1 bowl sugar
1 bowl fresh 
grated coconut
½ cup water
½ tsp ghee
 cardamom powder
9/10 badam

Method : how to make

1 - Grate coconut.
2 - Take sugar and coconut in a pan.
3 - Sprinkles ½ cup water in it.



4 - Cook it in medium flame. Store it continuously till sugar melted.
5 - when sugar will melt, then completely it mix with coconut and is come to one string consistency then close the flame.



6 - Add green cardamom powder in coconut and mix it properly.
7 - Grease a plate with ghee. Pour coconut and sugar mix over it.
8 - Press it in spatula and shape it in square size.



9 - Add badam over it and  press it properly. Then keep aside for half an hour.



10 - After half an hour cut coconut pag in pieces and take it in a plate for serving. You can store this sweet in refrigerator for 15 days.

Vegetable tikki-Homemade tikki-Burger tikki

Eating vegetable everyday is very good for health. Most vegetables are low in calories but high in minerals, vitamin and fibre. Those people who are eating the most vegetables they have lowest risk of many diseases.

In this recipe I used cauliflower, carrot and capsicum in vegetables. You can add more vegetable as per your choice. This vegetable tikkis are very good for health. We can serve it as  snacks, starter or use it in making burger also.

Ingredients :

250 gm cauliflower
1 carrot
1 capsicum
4 boil potato
Bread crumbs
4 tbsp oil
3 onion
1 tbsp grated garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
3 green chilli
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp oregano seasoning
½ tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste

Method : how to make

1 - At first cut all the vegetables and onions in small pieces, then ginger and garlic.
2 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add oil in it.
3 - Add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli in hot oil. Stir it for 1 minute.



4 - Then add all vegetables and salt in pan. Mix it properly, cover it for 2 minute in medium flame till it half cooked.



5 - After 15 minute open the cover of pan, mix properly and add mashed boil potato with vegetable. Mix it properly.
6 - Add oregano seasonings, black pepper powder and chilli flakes with vegetable mix. Mix properly and close the flame.
7 - When vegetables dough comes to room temperature mix 4 tbsp (or as required) breadcrumbs in dough. Knead it properly.



8 - Make round shaped flatten tikki with a mould or in palm. Wrap it in bread crumbs. Make all the tikkis in same process
9 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add 2 tsp oil in pan.



10 - Keep the tikkis over the hot pan and cook it in medium flame till it turns to light golden brown colour.



11 - Then take the tikkis in a plate, you can serve it as a starter or snacks with sauce. You can also make delicious burger with the tikki.

Guava are full of potassium, vitamin and fiber. it gives us many health benefits. Guava Jelly is very tasty to make. Jelly chocolate with guava pulp is very tasty Because we use real guava pulp without essence. You must find an easy process to make jelly chocolate at home.

Ingredients:


1 kg guava

1 cup sugar
½tsp citric acid
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp gelatin

Method- How to make Guava Jelly Chocolate:


1 - Teak guava pieces in a blender jar, blend it & make a fine paste.
2 - Strain 3 strainer.
3 - Add some water in gelatin, mix it and keep aside.
4 - Make better in cornstarch and keep aside.
5 - Add 1 cup water, sugar, a pinch of salt in guava pulp. Then boil it in medium flame.
6 - When it started boiling add cornstarch batter in it and mix it continuously.
7 - After 10 minute add gelatin batter in it.
8 - It takes 30 to 35 minutes to become thick.
9 - Grease a plate and pour guava jelly better in it. Freeze it for 4-5 hour.
10 - After 5 minutes cut the guava pulp in pieces & dip it in sugar powder. Then serve it.

Tur dal are a good sources of carbohydrates. For balance diet tur dal provide proteins. Cooked tur dal protect heart from bad cholesterol and boost energy too. Tur dal contains folic acid and some important vitamins for all women. In this recipe you will know how to make dhaba style tur dal at home in a simple process.

Ingredients :

1 bowl yellow gram (tur dal)
3 bowl water
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds
½ tsp red chili powder
2 medium size onion
3 green chilli
2 medium size tomato
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste



Method : how to make

1 - Wash yellow gram and take it in a cooker.

2 - Pour 3 measurement of water in cooker. Take 3 bowl water for one bowl yellow gram.Add turmeric powder and salt in it. Mix it properly.
3 - Cover the cooker and boil it till yellow gram become soft.


4 - For making tadka take oil in a pan heat it. Then add cumin, mustard seeds and onion in hot oil. Cook it still onion become light golden brown colour.

5 - Then add green chilli and tomato in onion. Mix it properly and cook till tomato becomes soft and mix with onion.

6 - Then pour tadka over boiled dal. Mix it properly.

7 - Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
8 - You can serve dal fry with roti, paratha, naan, poori or rice.

Cake icing is an art. When I started to do it , I felt I would be not able to do it . But believe me , after some practice started being expert in this . Thus only you need practice to expertise in this art . Different types of nozzles for cake icing are available in the market . Russian nozzles are big in size from other nozzles. Mostly people use these kind of nozzles for buttercream icing . But in this video I've used whipped cream with Russian nozzles.




• At first bake some cupcakes.
• Cool them upto room temperature then start icing over it.
• Take whipped cream in a bowl, beat it with electric blender for 20 to 25 minutes till the cream becomes thick.


• Now put the whipped cream in small bowls .
• Add different food colours in the cream.


• Mix them properly.

• If you want to make shaded flowers , mix two colours of whipped cream in one cone. Disposable cones are always better for cake icing.

• Cut the front side of the disposable cone and fit the nozzle in it.
• Add whipped cream in the cone.
• Add different nozzles in different cones and you can take colours as per your choice.

Your delicious iciced cupcakes will now be ready to eat .

This recipe is a dry potato curry of maharashtrian style. At many place of Maharashtra , it is called "batata sukhi bhaji" recipe. This batata recipe is a mild hand mouth watering curry. As we use only some dry masala, like turmeric powder and a pinch of chili powder in it. It is yummy and flavourful. Curry leaves give a nice aroma to the the potato bhaji. It is a easy, authentic and very popular recipe of Maharashtra.

Ingredients :

4 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
4 green chilli
10/12 curry leaves
3 onion
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
2 tsp goda masala powder
8 medium size boiled potato
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste




Method : how to make



1 - After boil potatoes remove that's cover and cut potatoes into small pieces.
2 - Remove the cover of the onion and cut it in small pieces.
3 - Heat a pan, add oil in it.
4 - Then add cumin and mustard seeds in hot oil.



5 - When the seeds started popping 8 onion curry leaves and green chilli pieces in it.
6 - Cook it in medium flame till it turns to light golden brown colour. It takes 4 to 5 minutes for cooking.
7 - When onion turns to light golden brown colour, add boiled potato pieces and salt in it. Mix it properly.


8 - Cover the pan for 3/4 minute in slow flame.
9 - After 4 minutes open the pan then add coriander leaves in it and mix it properly.


10 - Then close the flame, take dry potatoes in a bowl. Serve it with rice, roti, paratha or poori.

20-25 grapes
1 mango
Watermelon
1 banana
8-10 strawberry
1 apple

Method : How to make


1 - Make paste in all fruit. Take it in different bowl.
2 - Then add sugar, in fruit paste as per your taste.
3 - Take lollies mould.
4 - Add ½ tsp tutti fruti in each mould.
5 - Then pour fruit pulp over it. Cover the mould and freeze it for 2 hour.
6 - After 2 hour remove lollies from mould, take it in a plate and serve.

In this recipe you must learn that, how we can cook easily in any festival or occasion a completely healthy thali for our guests and friends.

Ingredients :
For dal fry :


1 bowl yellow gram (tour dal)
3 bowl water
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds
½ tsp red chili powder
2 medium size onion
3 green chilli
2 medium size tomato
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Method : how to make

½ kg paneer
2 tsp oil
1 medium size cinnamon sticks
4 clove

4 onion
1 garlic

2 green cardamom
1 inch piece ginger
3 tomato
1 tsp dry fenugreek
2 tbsp clarified butter
2 piece butter cube
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Method: how to make :

For making masala :


1 - Pour oil in a pan, heat it.
2 - Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom and onion in hot oil, cook it for 2 minutes in medium flame.
3 - Then add tomato, garlic, ginger and salt in onion. Cook it till tomatos become soft.
4 - When all the masala comes to room temperature, take it in a blender jar blend it and make a a smooth paste.

Method : how to make curry


1 - Take 2 tbsp clarified butter in a pan, heat it.
2 - Then add masala mix paste and dry fenugreek in hot clarified butter. Cook it till it turns it's colour and become thick.
3 - Then add ½ glass water in thick masala, mix it properly.
4 - When gravy started boiling add butter in it. Stir it continuously.
5 - When butter pieces melted and mix with gravy then add paneer cubes in gravy.
6 - Mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
7 - Take it in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves. Butter paneer is ready for serving.

Ingridients :
half carrot
1 cucumber
1 bowl curd
½ bowl water
½ tsp black paper powder
3 green chilli
1 tsp salt
Coriander leaves

Method : how to make


1 - Cut onion in small pieces. Grate cucumber and carrot in cheese slicer.
2 - Take onion, cucumber, carrot, green chilli, curd and ½ bowl water in a bowl. Mix it properly.
3 - Then add black paper powder and salt in it mix it properly.
4 - Garni
sh with coriander leaves and serve.

Ingredients :


1 bowl sprout moong
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin & mustard seeds
2 onion
10/15 curry leaves
1 tbsp sambar masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 green chilli
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves


Method : how to make

1 - Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp oil in it.
2 - Then add 1 tsp cumin, mustard seeds, onion and curry leaves in hot oil. Stir it for 2 minutes till it turns to light golden brown colour.
3 - Then add sambar masala powder, turmeric powder, green chilli powder and salt in onion. Stir it for 1 minute in slow flame.
4 - Then add sprout moong in it, sprinkles ½ cup water over it. Mix it properly, cover the pan for 2 minute in slow flame.
5 - When sprout moong become soft take it in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Chawal/rice kheer
Ingredients :


1 bowl basmati rice
3 bawl water
(for making rice)
1 litter milk
2 cup sugar
1½ bowl sugar
½ tsp green cardamom powder
Dry fruits


Method : how to make

1 - Wash basmati rice properly, take it in a cooker and pour three measurement of water in it. When pressure cooker gives to whistle, close the flame and keep aside the cooker for 10 minutes.
2 - For caramel sugar, take a pan and heat it. Add 1 tbsp sugar in hot pan, stir it continuously till it melt and changes it's colour.
3 - When sugar become caramel, pour 1 glass of water and 1 litre milk over it. Then boil the milk.
4 - When milk started boiling, take 3/4 bowl milk and pour it over soft rice. Then beat it till the rice and milk mix and become a smooth batter.
5 - Then pour rice-milk batter in boiled milk. Stir it continuously and boil it in slow flame till it turns to medium thick.
6 - After that add sugar in it.
7 - when sugar is completely mix close the flame and add cardamom powder, dry fruits and clarified butter in it. Mix kheer properly.
8 - Then rice kheer is ready, take it in a bowl and serve.

Ingredients:


2 cup rice
2 tbsp oil
3 onion
1 capsicum
1 carrot
1 tsp veg biryani masala
½ tsp salt
2 tomato
Salt as per taste


Method : how to make

1 - Heat a pressure cooker. Add 2 tbsp oil in it.
2 - Then add onion in hot oil cook it feel it turns to light golden brown colour.
3 - Then add capsicum, carrot, veg biryani masala and salt in onion, stir for 2 minutes.
4 - Then add tomato in it, again stir for 1 minutes.
5 - Now add rice in vegetable, cook it till vegetable and rice become dry.
5 - Then pour 2 measurement of water (2 bowl water for 1 bowl rice) in cooker. Cover the cooker and cook it in medium flame till whistle comes.
6 - After 1 whistle keep aside the cooker for 10-15 minutes.
7 - Open the cooker cover, vegetable rice is ready. Take it in a plate and serve.

For poori :


2 cup wheat flour
r tsp salt
Oil for frying


Method : how to make

1 - Take wheat flour oil at salt in a plate rub it properly.
2 - Then pour water step by step in wheat flour, knead it and make a soft dough.
3 - Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
4 - After 15 minutes make small balls in dough, roll it with the help of rolling pin in round shape.
5 - Heat oil in medium flame, add poori in it and fry it till it turns to light golden brown colour.
6 - Then take Poori in plate and serve it.

Ingredients :

1 litre thick curd
5/6 tbsp sugar
Some ice cubes
2 tbsp condensed milk or fresh cream
Some dry fruits


Method : How to make

1 - Take fresh thick curd in a bowl.
2 - Add sugar as per your taste, blend it till it become fluffy.
3 - Then add ice cream and beat it again. Don't add water in it.
4 - When curd become floppy pour lassi in glasses.
5 - Add 1 tsp condensed milk over it.
6 - Garnish with dry fruits and serve.

Chocolate kulfi

Ingredients :

½ litre whole milk
2 tbsp choco chips
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
Some dark chocolate pieces
4 tbsp sugar


Method : How to make

1 - Heat milk & add sugar, dark chocolate pieces, and cocoa powder in milk.
2 - Continuously stir it.
3 - Add half cup water in cornstarch, mix it properly and make a smooth batter.
4 - Boil chocolate milk for 3/4 minutes in slow flame.
5 - After 4 minute pour cornstarch batter in chocolate milk, stir it continuously for one minute in slow flame.
6 - After come to room temperature strain chocolate milk in a strainer.
7 - Take a kulfi mould,add ½ tsp chocochips in each mould.
8 - Then pour chocolaty batter in kulfi mould.
9 - Add ice cream wooden stick in each mould.
10 - Freeze it for 4 hours.
11- After 4 hours remove kulfi from mould and serve.

Spinach dosa-palak dosa-healthy dosa

Spinach/palak dosa

Ingredients :

1 bowl ready dosa batter
½ bundle palak (spinach)
1 inch siece ginger
½ garlic
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chilli powder
salt as per taste


Method : How to make

1 - Heat a pan. Add 1 tsp oil in it.
2 - Then add ginger and garlic in hot oil. Cook it for 1 minute.
3 - Add spinach leaves and salt in pan. Stir it for 2 minutes without cover.
4 - When spinach comes to room temperature, take it in a blender jar, blend it and make a smooth paste.
5 - Pour palak paste in dosa batter.
6 - Mix dry masala powder and salt in it. Mix batter it properly.
7 - Heat a dosa pan in medium flame. Add 1 tsp dosa batter and spread it over pan in a thin layer.
8 - After 2 minutes change dosa's side.
9 - Then take dosa in a plate, serve with chutney sauce.

Ingredients :

1 litre milk
1 tsp fresh curd


Method : How to make

1 - Boil milk in medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
2 - When milk lukewarm add curd in it.
3 - Beat it properly just like lassi making.
4 - Then take it in a bowl. Cover it and keep it in a warm place.
5 - It takes 8-9 hour in winter season and 4-5 in summer season for making curd.

1 litre milk
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp green cardamom powder
Some dry fruits for garnishing


Method : How to make

1 - Heat milk and add sugar in it.
2 - We have to boil milk, till it become thick.
3 - It takes 1 hour 15 minutes for cook 1 litre milk.
4 - When it become thick add green cardamom powder in it.
5 - When rabri comes to room temperature take it in a bowl, garnish with dry fruits and serve.
