Veg Mushroom-Mushroom curry

Veg Mushroom-Mushroom curry
It is a tasty and delicious Indian curry. Very easy to make. Mushroom is a favourite vegetable of most people. In this curry capsicum and carrot mix with mushroom, so the curry is full of vitamins.

Ingredients:


½ kg mushroom
2 tomato
2 Capsicum
1 carrot
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp chilli powder
2 onions
Salt as per taste

Method- How to make Veg Mushroom:


1 - Heat a pan in medium flame, add 3 tbsp oil in it.
2 - Then add ½tsp cumin, mustard seeds & onion in hot oil. Cook it till it turns to light golden brown colour.
3 - Then add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt in it. Cook it for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
4 - Then add vegetables in it. Add salt as per taste. Mix it properly and cover it for 4-5 minute in medium flame.
5 - When vegetable half cooked, then add tomato in it and again cover it for 2 minutes.
6 - Then take it in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves & serve.

Mushroom masala-Mushroom gravy-Mushroom curry

Mushroom masala
"Mushroom masala" is very easy to cook & tasty to eat.

Ingredients:


½ kg mushroom
2 onion
2 tomato
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
½tsp coriander powder
½tsp turmeric powder
½tsp chilli powder
2 red chilli
1 bay leaf
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Method- How to make Mushroom Masala:


1 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil into it.
2 - Add mushroom in it & cook it till it turns to light golden brown colour.
3 - After removing mushroom from pan, add 3 tbsp oil in it.
4 - Then add ½tsp cumin & mustard seeds, red chilli, bay leaves and onion in hot oil.
5 - Fry it till it turns to light golden brown colour.
6 - Than add ginger garlic paste, all dry masala and salt in onion.
7 - Cook it for 3-4 minute & pour tomato paste in it. Fry it till tomato paste become thick.
8 - Add mushroom in masala mix, pour 1 glass water, mix it and cover it for 2 minutes.
9 - Than add salt as per taste and half of coriander leaves in mushroom curry.mix it.
10 - take it in a bowl for serving garnish with coriander leaves.

Mushroom mustard masala-Mushroom curry-Homemade mushroom

Mushroom mustard masala
Mushroom gravy with mustard masala is a delicious curry. This recipe goes with roti, paratha, chapati, naan or rice.

Ingredients:


½ kg mushroom
2 potato
2 tomato
1 garlic
1 piece ginger
2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp mustard seeds
½ chilli powder half day
½tsp turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
salt as per taste.

Method- How to make Mushroom Mustard Masala:


1 - Take mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic and ginger in a blender jar. Mix half cup water in it, blend it and make a fine paste.
2 - Heat a pan in medium flame. Add 3 tbsp oil in it. Then add ½tsp cumin and mustard seeds.
3 - Add potato in oil, cook it for 1 minute.
4 - Then add masala mix, turmeric powder, Chilli powder and salt in it. Cook it till it turns to thick.
5 - Then add mushroom and salt in it. Mix it properly, cover it for 3-4 minutes in slow flame.
6 - After 4 minutes add tomato and one cup water in mushroom. Mix it properly, again cover it for 2-3 minutes.
7 - After 3 minutes add coriander leaves in mushroom.
8 - Take it in a bowl, garnish with more coriander leaves and serve it.
