Ingredients :

Whipped cream
Fresh fruit
Sugar syrup


Method :
For making sugar syrup :


• Take equal quantity of sugar and water in a pan.
• Boil it till sugar dissolve in water.
• Then close the flame and cool it.
• We don't need any string consistency sugar syrup for making the dessert.
• After comes to room temperature at 5-6 tbsp orange juice in sugar syrup.
• Fresh orange juice is better than frozen oranges juice.
• Now sugar syrup is ready for making the dessert.

Method :
For arrange the dessert :


This is a very easiest fresh fruit dessert. Make it also with leftover whipped cream. 
• Cut fresh fruits in pieces.
• Pour sugar syrup over fresh fruits.

• Then beat whipped cream. 
• It takes 20 to 25 minutes for become thick. 
• When whipped cream become thick, take it in a disposable cone.

• You can also add a large shaped nozzle with disposable cone, it is optional.
• Take 2 glasses.
• In first layer add whipped cream in glass.

• Then add fruit pieces over whipped cream.
• Again add whipped cream over fresh fruit.
• Arrange it layer wise in glass.

Ingredients :

250 gram rice
20 button mushroom
1 bowl spring onion
3 onion
1 capsicum
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
3-4 green chilli
6-7 tbsp refined oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
½ tsp vinegar
½ tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste

Method :

• Heat oil in medium flame.
• Then add onion, grated garlic, grated ginger and green chilli in hot oil.

• Stir it for 8-10 seconds in high flame.
• Then add mushroom and capsicum.
• Mix it properly.

• Then add salt and black pepper powder in it.
• Cook vegetables in high flame for 2 minute without cover.
• We need crunchy vegetables for fried rice.

• Stir it for 9-10 second.
• Then add steam rice in it.
• Add soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, spring onion and salt over steamed rice.
• Mix all ingredients properly and quickly in high flame.

• Pour soya sauce always over steam rice. Don't add it over vegetable. Rather than vegetable change it's colour.
• After properly mix it, close the flame and take mushroom fried rice in a bowl.

Ingredients :
For making paneer balls :

2 little milk's paneer
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp refined flour
Oil for frying paneer balls

Ingredients :
For making gravy :

5-6 tbsp oil
½ bowl french beans
½ bowl carrot
½ bowl spring onion
2 onion
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp grated garlic
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
Salt as per taste

Method :
For making paneer :

Heat 2 litre milk. Mix 4 tbsp vinegar + 4 tbsp water in a bowl. When milk started boiling add vinegar and water mix in it. Stir it continuously in slow flame. After 10 minutes strain the paneer in a strainer,  now paneer is ready for making Fried paneer dish.

Method :
For making fried paneer gravy :

• Take paneer in a plate.
• Add ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp refined flour and ⅓ tsp salt in paneer.

• knead all ingredients properly till it become soft. 
• When paneer and all ingredients properly mixed, make round or oval shaped paneer balls with paneer mix.

• Heat refined oil in medium flame.
• Add one by one paneer balls in lukewarm oil for frying.
• Don't heat oil too much, rather than paneer balls will not properly cook.
• Fry paneer till it turns to light golden brown colour.
• It takes 2 minutes for frying paneer in medium flame.

• When paneer turns to light colour brown colour take it in a plate.
• Take 6-7 tbsp refined oil in a pan and heat it.
• Then add onion, grated ginger, garlic and green chilli in hot oil.
• Stir it for 9-10 second in high flame.
• Then art prints beans carrot and salt.
• Stir vegetables without cover for 2 minutes in medium flame.
• Then add spring onion and stir it for 1 minute.
• Add ½ tsp black pepper powder and ½ tsp red chilli powder in vegetable.
• Mix it properly.
• Then pour 1 cup water in vegetable.
• If you want to serve the dish as a starter, then you can add little quantity of water in vegetable.
• When water start to boil add vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce and salt.

• Mix 1 tsp cornstarch and half cup of water in a bowl.
• Pour construction factors in vegetable gravy.
• Now continuously stir the gravy in slowly flame, till it started boiling.
• Then close the flame and take gravy to another bowl.
• Now are paneer balls in a plate.

1 bowl roasted peanuts

4 tbsp clarified butter

Method :

• We will take equal quantity of roasted peanuts and jaggery for making peanuts chikki.
• Take jaggery in a pan and cook it in slow medium flame.

• Don't cook jaggery in high flame rather than it will not properly cook.
• Stir jaggery continuously till it become liquid.
• Take ½ bowl cold water, add 2-3 drops of melted jaggery in it for checking the consistency.
• We don't want string consistency jaggery syrup for making chikki.
• After string consistency jaggery syrup is perfect for peanuts chikki.

• After check it add roasted peanuts in jaggery syrup.
• Close the flame and continuously stir it.
• Then grease a plate with clarified butter.
• Pour peanuts and jaggery mix over it.
• Grease a rolling pin with clarified butter.

• Then roll the mix in a thin layer.
• Make square size marks over mix with knife.
• After comes to room temperature cut it in pieces.

1 tsp sambar masala powder

Ingredients :
For sarve chat :

Pakoda
Yellow peas curry
Sweet tamarind chutney
Spicy mint chutney
Sev
Coriander leaves
Black salt

Method :

• Take one bowl yellow peas.
• Soak it for 4 hour.
• Take it in pressure cooker , add half glass water and 1 tsp salt in it.
• Then cover the cooker and cook it in medium flame till 2 whistle comes.
• After 10 minutes open the pressure cooker and take boiled yellow peas in a bowel.
• Heat a pan in medium flame.
• Take 3-4 tbsp refined oil.
• Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 tsp grated ginger in hot oil.
• Stir it for 6-7 second in slow flame.
• Then add two tomato small pieces in it.
• Then add dry masala powder over tomato.
• Roasted cumin powder, chilli powder and salt as per taste.
• Add 1 tsp sambar masala powder.
• Sambhar masala powder gives a delicious flavour to the curry.
• Mix all the ingredients properly.
• Cover the pan in slow flame for 2-3 minutes.
• After 3 minute when tomato become soft mix the masala properly.
• Then add boiled yellow peas in masala.
• Mix it properly.
• Add ½ glass water for gravy and salt if you want.
• When yellow peas curry will start to boil close the flame and keep aside.

For making pakoda :

• Take gram flour, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and baking soda in a pan.
• Mix all dry ingredients properly.
• Add water step by step in dry ingredients and make batter.
• Beat the batter for 2 minutes till it become soft.

• Batter is ready for making pakora.
• Heat refined oil in medium flame.

• Add ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt in it.

 About this recipe :


 Gaja is a traditional sweet of Bengal and Odisha. People make varieties of Gaja in Odisha. Khasta gaja, chhena gaja, khira gaja and dali gaja etc. This traditional sweets are very famous in Odisha. people make it in every occasion and celebration.
Today in this recipe we will make  "Dali gaja".


Ingredients : 

For making dough :

4 cup refined flour
½ tsp salt
4 tbsp refined oil
Water for kneading dough

Method :

• Take 4 cup refined flour in a plate.
• Add ½ tsp salt and 4 tbsp in it refined oil in it.
• Mix all the ingredient properly, till it completely mix.

• Then add water step by step and knead it.
• Use normal water for knead the dough.
• Knead the dough properly till it become soft.
• This dough should be in samosa dough consistency.
• After kneading cover the dough for 15-20 minutes.

• Then roll it in a rolling pin.
• The roti should be in half cm width.

• Then take one cup sugar in a bowl, add ¼ cup water in
• Boil it in medium flame.
• Boil it for for 4-5 minutes.
• We need after one string consistency sugar syrup for making gaja.
• Add half tsp green cardamom powder in sugar syrup then mix it properly.
• Now add fried gaja in sugar syrup.
• Stir it continuously in slow flame till sugar coated perfectly over gaja.
