• Take equal quantity of sugar and water in a pan. • Boil it till sugar dissolve in water. • Then close the flame and cool it. • We don't need any string consistency sugar syrup for making the dessert. • After comes to room temperature at 5-6 tbsp orange juice in sugar syrup. • Fresh orange juice is better than frozen oranges juice. • Now sugar syrup is ready for making the dessert.
Method : For arrange the dessert :
This is a very easiest fresh fruit dessert. Make it also with leftover whipped cream. • Cut fresh fruits in pieces. • Pour sugar syrup over fresh fruits.
• Then beat whipped cream. • It takes 20 to 25 minutes for become thick. • When whipped cream become thick, take it in a disposable cone.
• You can also add a large shaped nozzle with disposable cone, it is optional. • Take 2 glasses. • In first layer add whipped cream in glass.
• Then add fruit pieces over whipped cream. • Again add whipped cream over fresh fruit. • Arrange it layer wise in glass.
• Garnish the dessert glass with leaves and fresh fruit. • You can take all type of fruits as for your choice.
Kunda is a very famous sweets of Belgav. It is prepared from milk or khoya. In 1 litre milk it takes 30 to 35 minutes for making kunda. It is delicious as well as very tasty sweet. Ingredients : 6 cup whole milk ½ tsp gond 2 cup curd 2 cup sugar 1 cup milk powder ½ tsp green cardamom powder Dry fruits Method : how to make
1 - Take milk in a pan ,add gond in it.
2 - heat milk and add curd in it. Continuously stir it.
3 - After sometime when milk become paneer strain it in a strainer.
4 - Take sugar in a pan for caramel. Heat sugar till it melt and changes its colour.
5 - Then mix the paneer with caramel sugar. Mix it properly. 6 - Add sugar in it. 7 - When sugar completely mix with paneer and milk powder in it. Stir it continuously.
8 - Then add green cardamom powder and dry fruits in it. 9 - Kunda sweet is ready, take it in a plate and serve. Watch video :

1 orange ½cup sugar Method- How to make Orange Candy: 1 - Cut orange into pieces, remove it's cover. Remove the lower part of the cover. Cut it into thin pieces lengthwise. 2 - Take some water in a pan, heat it add Orange cover pieces in hot water. Cover it & boil for 10 minutes in medium flame. 3 - After 10 minutes change it's water and again boil it for 5 to 10 minutes, repeat this method till the Orange cover remain no bitter. Then strain Orange pieces and take it in a plate. 4 - Take sugar and half of the water in a pan. Add Orange pieces in it. Cook it till the sugar syrup become thick. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to cook in medium flame. 5 - After comes to room temperature store it in an airtight container for a month and above. You can use it for garnish sweet, dessert and cakes. Ingredients: 2 orange juice 2 tbsp custard powder 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp milk powder 2 piece Orange Pulp Method- How to make Orange custard: 1 - Add custard powder and sugar in orange juice. Mix it properly. 2 - Take it in a pan, heat it in slow flame. Continuously stir it till it turns to thick. Then close the flame and cool it for 15 minutes. 3 - Take 2 bowl, add orange pulp in it. 10 chikoo 1 bowl whipped cream 2 tbsp sugar Method- How to make Chikoo Ice-cream:
1 - Mix chikoo pieces & sugar in a blender jar, blend it and make a fine paste. 2 - Mix whipped cream in chikoo paste. Beat it for 5 minutes. 3 - Then pour the ice cream batter in a freezer-safe bowl. Mix it and keep aside. 2 - Heat milk in medium flame, when it started boiling add sugar in it. 3 - Boil milk for 2 minutes, then pour custard batter in milk. Continuously stir it. 4 - After 2 minute add 2-3 drop red food colour in it. Mix it properly. 5 - When custard comes to room temperature then add strawberry pulp in it. Ingredients: 2 cup refined flour 3 strawberry cut into small pieces ½ cup of sugar ½cup ghee 1 tsp baking powder ¼tsp baking soda 2 cup lukewarm milk Vanilla essence Red food colour Whipped cream Method- How to make Strawberry Muffins: 1 - Take refined flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and ghee in a bowl. Mix it. 2 - Add lukewarm milk step by step, mix it. Then add vanilla essence & red food colour. Beat it for 2-3 minutes. Cover the batter and keep aside 15 minutes. 3 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees part 10 minutes. 4 - After 15 minutes add strawberry pieces in batter. Mix it properly. 5 - Take a muffin pan, add buttercup in it. Pour 2 tbsp batter in each cup. 6 - Bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees. 7 - Beat whipped cream for 25-30 minute till it becomes thick. Take ½of cream in a bowl & add red colour in it. Mix it. 8 - Cut front side of the disposable cone. The attached nozzle in it. Add whipped cream in a cone. 9 - When muffins come to room temperature, icing it rose flower design. Decorate it with strawberry pieces and sprinkles. Then serve it. For icing must follow the video.
