Guavas are full of vitamins, especially it contents vitamin c, which is very good for our immune system. It improves eyesight and skin quality. Guava syrup is very tasty and healthy. We can use this for garnish all traditional sweets and cakes.
Ingredients:
1 kg ripe guava
1 cup sugar
½tsp citric acid
Pinch of salt
Method- How to make Guava Syrup:
1 - Take guava pieces in a blender jar and blend it.
2 - strain it in a strainer.
3 - Mix equal quantity of water in guava pulp and boil it. Add sugar & pinch of salt in it.
4 - After 15 minutes add citric acid in it. After adding citric acid boil it for 2 minutes.
5 - When it comes to room temperature take it in a bottle & store in the refrigerator.
