Corn flour cake's taste is similar to refined flour cake. It is a little bit different in taste. But its taste is delicious and tasty.
Ingredients:
2 cup corn flour
½ cup refined flour
½ cup Soya powder
1½ cup powder sugar
2 cup lukewarm milk
⅓cup unsalted butter
½cup milk powder
1½ tsp baking powder
⅓tsp baking soda
Tutti frutti
Vanilla essence
Method- How to make cornflour cake:
1 - When unsalted butter comes to room temperature add sugar powder in it and beat it properly.
2 - Then add half of the milk in it & mix all dry ingredients in it. Mix it & add half of the milk step by step.
3 - Then add tutti frutti and vanilla essence. Beat it for 2-3 minutes.
4 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5 - Grease a baking pan and add butter paper in it. Pour batter in baking pan. Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
6 - when it comes to room temperature, Cut it in pieces and serve.
