Pineapple flavoured cake is very tasty. You can make it easily in real pineapple. Just follow my recipe and see the magic.
Ingredients:
2 cup refined flour
2 Cup lukewarm milk
1 cup sugar
1 bowl pineapple pieces
½ cup butter
½cup milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp gelatin
½tsp baking soda

Method- How to make Pineapple cake:
1 - Cut pineapple in small size. Half of the pineapple for making jelly and half of pineapple for the add-in cake batter.
2 - Take small pieces of pineapple, add sugar in it and heat it in medium flame. Cover it for 5 /7 minutes. After melting sugar cook it for 2-3 minutes without cover, till it becomes dry, then take it in a bowl.
3 - For making the cake batter, take all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix it.
4 - Add butter & lukewarm milk step by step. Add pineapple essence in it. After mixing, beat it for 2-3 minutes.
5 - Mix pineapple pieces in batter.
6 - preheat the oven for 10 minutes in 180 degrees.
7 - Grease a baking pan. Add a piece of butter paper in it. Pour batter in the baking tray. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes in 180 degrees.
8 - Blend half of the pineapple and make it a smooth paste. Strain it in a strainer.
9 - Let's make jelly. Heat a pan in medium flame. Add sugar and pineapple pulp in it.
10 - Add some water in gelatin and keep aside. When pineapple juice started boiling add gelatin batter in it. Mix it properly and keep aside.
11 - Beat whipped cream for 20-25 minutes till it becomes thick.
12 - When it comes to room temperature, arrange it in a layer wise. Add sugar syrup, whipped cream and pineapple pieces. After icing pours pineapple jelly over the cake and freezes it for some time.
13 - Then the cake is ready for serving.
