Vanilla cake-Eggless cake-Homemade vanilla cake

This cake is very spongy and delicious. You can use it for your kid's School Tiffin. It Is very spongy and your family must like the cake. Must try at home.

Ingredients:

2 cup refined flour
1 cup sugar powder
2 cup lukewarm milk
½ cup unsalted butter
½cup milk powder
½cup Soya powder
1 tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
Vanilla essence

Method- How to make a vanilla cake:

1 - When butter comes to room temperature add sugar powder in it and beat it properly.
2 - Then add all dry ingredients, essence and milk step by step. Mix it properly then beat it for 2-3 minutes.
3 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
4 - Greece a baking tray and add a butter paper in it. Spread batter with the help of the spatula.
5 - Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
6 - When it comes to room temperature cut and serve it.
