Ingredients:
Refined flour - 2 cups
Baking powder -1 Tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Warm milk - 2cups
Unsalted butter - 1/2cup
Grounded sugar - 1cup
Vinegar -1 Tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence -1 tsp
Liquid red colour -1tsp
Whipped cream for icing
Method- How to make red velvet cake:
1 - Take butter and sugar, mix it properly.
2 - Then add baking powder, baking soda, powder sugar, vanilla essence in it.
3 - Mix milk and refined flour step by step & make a smooth batter.
4 - Add red food colour in it.
5 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
6 - Grease a baking pan & pour batter in it then break it for 20 minutes.
7 - Beat heavy cream for 20 to 25 minutes till it becomes thick.
8 - When cake comes to room temperature, icing it with whipped cream & decorate it with leftover cakes.
