Ingredients:
2 cup refined flour
2 cup mango pulp
1 cup powder sugar
½cup butter
1 cup milk
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
Method- How to make mango cake:
1 - Add powder sugar, mango pulp, unsalted butter & milk powder in refined flour.
2 - Mix it properly. Mix baking powder, baking soda and milk. Beat it for 3 minutes.
3 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
4 - Grease a baking tray and pour batter in it. Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
5 - When it comes to room temperature, cut it in pieces and serve.
