Butterscotch Cake-Eggless cake-Homemade butterscotch cake

Butterscotch flavour cake is a delicious and beautiful cake. You can make it with your imagination. Must try the recipe and design.

Ingredients:


3 cup refined flour

1 cup sugar powder
1½ cup lukewarm milk
½cup powder sugar
¾cup butter
1½ tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
Butterscotch essence

Method- How to make a butterscotch cake:


1 - Take all dry ingredient in a bowl mix it.
2 - Then add butter, essence & lukewarm milk step-by-step and mix it properly.
3 - Beat it for 2-3 minutes.
4 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5 - Grease a round & a loaf pan. Add butter paper in it. Pour batter in pan. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
6 - let's make a syrup with 1 cup sugar and one cup water. Just boil it and keep aside.
7 - Beat the whipped cream for 25 to 30 minutes. Add butterscotch essence in it. When whipped cream becomes thick keep aside.
8 - After baking when it comes to room temperature add sugar syrup over cake.
9 - Then start icing in the cake. For detail icing method must see the video.
I use a disposable cone, large stars shape nozzle, leaf making nozzle & round large nozzle for icing.
