Dalgona bread-Homemade sweet bread












This is a without egg and butter sweet dalgona bread recipe. Now the days dalgona recipes are very famous all over the world. I use whipped coffee in bread dough. Whipped coffee gives a delicious and nice flavour to the sweet loaf bread.

Ingredients
For whipped coffee

2 tbsp coffee powder
2 tbsp sugar powder
2 tbsp Lukewarm water

Ingredients
For bread dough :

1 cup refined flour 
2 tbsp sugar powder
1 tbsp refined oil
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp active dry yeast
4 tbsp whipped coffee
Lukewarm milk as needed



Method 
How to make :


• Take 2 tbsp sugar powder, 2 tbsp regular coffee powder and 2 tbsp lukewarm water in a bowl.
• We have to take all ingredients equal quantity.
• you can beat it in hand whisk or in electric blender. If you're using electric blender, then it is very easy to to beat the coffee.
• If you beat it in hand whisk then it takes 5-6 minutes for beating the coffee. 
• Add ½ cup lukewarm water in ½ tsp active dry yeast.
• Leave it for 5 minutes.
• Take 1 cup refined flour, 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tbsp refined oil, ¼ tsp salt and 4 tbsp whipped coffee in a plate.
• Pour dry yeast batter in it.
• Mix all ingredients properly.
• Add lukewarm milk step-by-step and make a soft dough.



• Knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes till it become soft.
• Add some drops of refined oil in your palm when you knead the dough.
• Then grease a bowl with refined oil and add keep dough in it.
• Add a little bit oil over dough, cover the bowl and keep aside for 2 hour in a warm place. 



• After 2 hours take fermented dough in a grease a plate.
• Press it and remove the bubbles.
• Then grease a loaf pan.
• Keep bread in it and spread uniformly.
• Keep aside for one hour in a warm place.



• After one hour preheat oven in 180 degree for 10 minutes.
• Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.



• After bake 25 minutes keep it for 10 minutes and then unmold from loaf pan.
• Then cut it in pieces, Dalgona bread is ready for serving.
