Method :How to make :
• Take 1 bowl leftover rice in a blender jar, add ½ cup milk, blend it and make it smooth.
• Take rice paste in a bowl, add 4 tbsp semolina, 4 tbsp rice flour and sugar as per your taste. • Mix all ingredients properly.
• Then add milk step by step and mix it • The milk should be boiled and normal temperature. • Add milk till the batter comes to cake batter consistency. • Then Cover the batter and keep aside for 5 minutes. • For steaming rice cake pour 2 glass water in a pan, add a stand, over it and heat in slow medium flame for 5 minutes. Cover it and heat it in slow medium flame for 5 minutes.
• After 5 minutes add 2 tbsp tang Orange flavour powder And 2 tbsp colourful sprinkles in batter. • Mix all ingredients properly.
• You can add any flavoured powder as per your taste instead of Orange flavour. •Add 1 tsp eno fruit salt in batter.
• Beat it for ½ minute, now batter is ready for making steam cake. • Grease a bowl with oil and pour batter in it.
Steam it for 10 minutes in slow medium flame. • After 10 minutes check it in a toothpick.
• After 5 minutes when it is lukewarm take it in a plate and cut it. • Arrange it in a plate for serving. • Now leftover rice cake is ready.

How to make mango jelly : Ingredients :
4 mango pulp (1 bowl) 1 bowl water ½ bowl sugar • Take one ball mango pulp in a pan. • Add one bowl water in it. • Cook it in slow medium flame and continuously stir it. • After 3-4 minute cooking close the flame and cool it. • After comes to room temperature use is it in cake.
Method to make cake How to make :
• Take refined flour in a bowl • Add sugar powder, baking powder, baking soda in it and mix it. • Then add vanilla essence, butter and lukewarm milk step by step.
• Beat the batter properly for 2 minutes. • Mix it till comes to batter consistency. • Add small pieces of mango pulp and mix it.
• Preheat oven for 10 minutes in 180 degree. • Grease baking tray with oil and add a piece of butter paper in it. • Now pour batter in baking tray and tap it.
•Bake it for 25 minutes in 180 degree. • When it comes to room temperature remove the butter paper. • Cut strong part over cake. • Add sugar syrup in cake. • Beat whipped cream for 20-25 minutes till it become thick.
• Use large star shaped nozzle and disposable cone for icing. • Cut the upper part of disposable cone, add cream in it. • Cover the cake with whipped cream.
• complete the edges of the cake with whipped cream. • Pour mango pulp over the cake.
• Keep the cake in refrigerator for 1 hour. • After 1 hour mango pastry is ready, cut it in pieces and serve.

Method :
• We can make flattened rice idli only in 15 minutes.The taste of this instant idli is also very nice. • Take 2 cup flattened rice, wash it properly, remove the extra water and take it in a bowl.
• Then pour soaked flattened rice in a blender jar, add ½ cup water in it and blend it.
• Pour flattened rice paste in a bowl. • Add 1 cup curd in it and mix it properly.
• Then add thin semolina 2 cup in flattened rice batter and mix all ingredients properly. • Add salt as per taste and normal water step by step, make batter in it.
• This batter consistency should be a little bit thin then normal idli batter consistency. • Adding dry semolina in batter will soak the water and make the batter dry, so we have to make thin batter. • Cover the batter for 5 minutes and keep aside. • Pour 2 glass water in a idli maker for steaming idli and cover it in slow flame for 5 minutes.
• Grease idli mould with oil. • After 5 minutes Add ½ tsp eno fruit salt in batter and beat the batter properly for half minutes. • Then add 1 tsp batter in each idly mould.
• Keep idli mould in idli maker, cover the idli maker and steam it for 10 minutes in slow medium flame. • After 10 minutes check it.
• Remove idli from mould and arrange it in a tray for serving. • Serve it with sambar or chutney.
• 2 tsp clarified butter (ghee) • ½ cup wheat flour • ¼ cup sugar • 3 cup milk
How to make cake :
• Add ½ kg rock salt in a pan and spread it properly in pan. • Add a stand in the middle part of pan.
• Cover the pan and preheat it for 10 minutes in slow flame. • Take 2 cup wheat flour in a bowl, add 1 cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and 2 tbsp cocoa powder in it. • Mix all ingredients. • Then add ½ cup refined oil, ½ cup curd and 2 drop vanilla essence. • Add lukewarm milk step by step and mix it till it comes to pouring consistency. • Then grease a pan with oil and add a butter paper in it.
• Pour batter in pan and tap the pan. • Keep the batter pan in pre-heat pan, over the stand.
• Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.
• After baking the cake keep aside it for half an hour and then remove the butter paper. • Cut the dark part over the cake.
Preparation for icing Method :
• Pour 2 tsp clarified butter (ghee) in a pan. • Add ½ cup wheat flour in it and continuously stir it for 2 minutes in slow medium flame. • Add ¼ cup sugar in it and again stir it for 1 minute. • Pour 3 cup milk step by step in roasted wheat flour. • Cook it continuously till become thick. • When it become thick take ½ of the icing in a bowl. • Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder with rest icing and mix properly. • Icing is ready, close the flame.
• We need large star shaped nozzle and disposable cone for icing on the cake. • Pour batter in piping bag and make rose flowers over cake. • Chocolate birthday cake is ready.
Ingredients : 1 cup semolina 2 cup waterwater 3 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 inch piece ginger 2 green chilli 1 medium size onion ½ cup green peas ½ cup corn 1 cup spinach leaves ½ tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp sambar masala powder Salt as per taste Coriander leaves
Method : • Heat a pan in medium flame and add 1 tsp oil in it. • Then add 1 tsp mustard seeds in hot oil. • Then add 1 inch piece grated ginger and 2 green chilli pieces. • Stir it for 5-6 seconds. • Add small pieces of one medium size onion.
• Cook onion for one minute in slow medium flame. • Then add ½ bowl green peas, hm½ bowl corn, salt as per taste, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp sambar masala powder. • Sambhar masala powder will give a delicious flavour to to the snacks. • Then add one bowl spinach leaves. • Must clean the spinach leaves before using this. • We need crunchy vegetable for snacks. • We will cook all vegetables without cover in slow medium flame. • Cook vegetables 2-3 minutes in slow medium flame. • Now pour 2 bowl water in vegetables and mix properly • Add salt as per taste, sugar 1 tbsp and dry mango powder ½ tsp or as per your taste.
• When water start to boil add semolina in it and stir it continuously. • Remember one thing you have to continuously stir it in slow flame till it become thick. • Then close the flame and cool it. • When it comes to room temperature take it in a plate. • Add small pieces of coriander leaves in semolina mixture. • Before you take the mixture in plate grease the plate with oil and take 2-3 drops of oil in palm and knead it properly. • Make some balls in dough for making tikki. • You can make small or big balls as per your choice.
• Make semolina dough in round shape. • Heat a pen in medium flame. • Add 1 tsp oil and spread it properly over the pen.
• Add one by one semolina tikki over pen. • After 2 minute add some drops of refined oil over tikkies. • Then change it's side after 2 minutes in slow medium flame.
• After 2 minutes when tikkies changes it's colour and looks light golden brown colour take all tikkies in a plate.

• For steaming the cake take two glass water in a pan. Add a stand in it and cover the pan for 10-15 minutes in slow flame. • Take rice flour in a blender jar. • Add 2 tbsp lukewarm milk in it, blend it and make it smooth.
• Pour rice batter in a bowl. Add rice flour, semolina, milk powder, sugar, dry coconut powder, green cardamom powder and dry fruits in rice batter.
• Add lukewarm milk step by step and make batter in it. • Batter consistency should be in normal cake batter consistency. • After mix properly cover the batter and keep aside for 15 minutes.
• Then take some small bowls and grease it with ghee. • After 15 minute add 1 tsp clarified butter in better and mix it. • Then add 1 tsp eno fruit salt in batter and properly beat it for half minute.
• Then Pour batter in small bowl for steam. • Take all the batter bowls in a plate and keep it over the stand for steam.
• Now cover for it for 12 to 15 minutes and steam in slow medium flame.
• After 15 minutes close the flame and take the bowls. • After 10 minutes take all the rice cake in a plate. • Cut the rice cake in pieces and serve it.
