Chhena Mohan bhog is a special Bengali sweet. It is very delicious in taste. now the days it is famous all over India. We can make chhena Mohan bhog easily in our kitchen. We have to just follow some process to make this. In this recipe you must find a easy process to make Mohan bhog at home.
Ingredients : 1 letter milk 1 tsp refined flour 2 tbsp vinegar 1 cup rabri 100 gm mawa Dry fruits For sugar syrup : 2 cup sugar 4 cup water ½ tsp green cardamom powder
How to make paneer :
Heat 1 litre milk. Mix 2 tbsp vinegar + 2 tbsp water in a bowl. When milk started boiling add vinegar and water mix in hot milk. Then mix it properly. Now close the flame. Keep aside the paneer for 15 minutes. After 15 minute strain the paneer in a strainer. Now paneer is ready for making Mohan bhog. How to make Mohan bhog : Method : 1 - Take sugar in a pan. Pour water in it. Then boil it. Add cardamom powder in it.
2 - Take paneer in a plate. Mix refined flour in it, then knead it properly with the help of your palm. It takes 4 to 5 minutes for knead the properly.
3 - After 5 minutes when the paneer becomes soft make small balls in it. Make a hole in the middle part of the paneer ball with the help of your finger. Prepare all the paneer balls in same process. 4 - Now add all the paneer balls in hot sugar syrup in slow flame.
5 - Cover the pan and boil it for 2 minute. 6 - After 2 minute check the paneer balls and again cover the pan for 2 minutes. It takes 4 to 5 minutes for boil. 7 - When paneer balls properly boiled then close the flame and cool it.
8 - After comes to room temperature squeeze the paneer balls and take it in a plate. 9 - Take a mawa piece and grate it in cheese grater. 10 - Wrap paneer balls with grated mawa. Arrange all the mawa coated paneer in a plate.
11 - Pour 1 tbsp rabri in each paneer balls hole. 12 - Add some dry fruits over it. Now Mohan bhog is ready for serving. Watch video:

Gulab jamun can make with milk powder, paneer or instant mix. In this recipe we will make gulab jamun with mawa or khoya. It's taste is very delicious and authentic . Ingredients: 1 cup mawa ½ cup paneer ½ cup refined flour 4 cup sugar Pinch of baking powder Oil for frying
Method : For homemade paneer : Boil half litre milk. Mix 1 tablespoon vinegar with 1 tablespoon water. When milk started boiling add vinegar in it and mix it properly. Homemade paneer is ready for making gulab jamun. Method for making gulab jamun : 1 - Take 4 cup sugar and 4 cup water in a pan. Heat it in medium flame. 2 - Boil it for 4 to 5 minutes, then add green cardamom powder in it. Close the flame and cover it. Sugar syrup is ready for gulab jamun.
3 - Take mawa in a plate. Knead it till it become soft. 4 - Then take paneer and refined flour in a plate knead it till it mix properly.
5 - Then mix mawa and paneer for 4 to 5 minutes till it become soft. 6 - Now make small balls in dough. You can make 40 medium size gulab jamun in 250 gram mawa. 7 - Make round shaped ball in your palm without any crack. 8 - Heat refined oil or ghee in a pan. We need lukewarm oil for frying gulab jamun. Don't heat oil too much rather than gulab jamun are not fiying properly.
9 - Add one by one gulab jamun in hot oil. Stir it continuously till it turns to dark golden brown colour. It takes 5 to 6 minute for frying in medium flame.
10 - When mawa balls change it's colour, removed it from oil and pour the balls in lukewarm sugar syrup. Dip it for half an hour in sugar syrup. 11 - After ½ an hour take it from sugar syrup, now mawa gulab jamun is ready for serving. 3 medium size raw mango 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp grated Ginger 250 gm jaggery Salt as per taste Method- How to make sweet raw mango chutney:
1 - Remove the cover of the mango and cut the pulp in small pieces. 2 - Heat apron in medium flame.Add 1 tsp oil in it. 3 - Than add mustard and cumin seeds ½tsp, curry leaves & grated ginger in it & cook it for 10 seconds. 4 - Then add raw mango pieces and salt in it. Mix it properly and cover it for 4-5 minute. 5 - After that pour ½cup water in it. Mix it and cover for a 4-3 minute. 6 - Then add jaggery in it and cover it for 2 minutes. 7 - After 2 minutes add red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder in it. Chutney is ready. Then add garlic, oregano, Chilli flakes and black pepper powder over it. Make some marks over it. Bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees. 7- After 15 minutes cut garlic bread in pieces & serve. Add chocolate syrup, in a chocolate mould. Freeze it for 15 minutes, then take chocolates in a plate. 2 - Cut red and green crepe paper in 2-inch width.
