3 medium size raw mango
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp grated Ginger
250 gm jaggery
Salt as per taste
Method- How to make sweet raw mango chutney:
1 - Remove the cover of the mango and cut the pulp in small pieces.
2 - Heat apron in medium flame.Add 1 tsp oil in it.
3 - Than add mustard and cumin seeds ½tsp, curry leaves & grated ginger in it & cook it for 10 seconds.
4 - Then add raw mango pieces and salt in it. Mix it properly and cover it for 4-5 minute.
5 - After that pour ½cup water in it. Mix it and cover for a 4-3 minute.
6 - Then add jaggery in it and cover it for 2 minutes.
7 - After 2 minutes add red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder in it. Chutney is ready. Serve it or store it in the refrigerator.
You can keep it in the refrigerator 15 days without preservatives.
