Ingredients :
250 gram rice20 button mushroom
1 bowl spring onion
3 onion
1 capsicum
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
3-4 green chilli
6-7 tbsp refined oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
½ tsp vinegar
½ tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Method :
• Heat oil in medium flame.• Then add onion, grated garlic, grated ginger and green chilli in hot oil.
• Stir it for 8-10 seconds in high flame.
• Then add mushroom and capsicum.
• Mix it properly.
• Then add salt and black pepper powder in it.
• Cook vegetables in high flame for 2 minute without cover.
• We need crunchy vegetables for fried rice.
• After 2 minutes ad spring onion.
• Stir it for 9-10 second.
• Then add steam rice in it.
• Add soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, spring onion and salt over steamed rice.
• Mix all ingredients properly and quickly in high flame.
• Pour soya sauce always over steam rice. Don't add it over vegetable. Rather than vegetable change it's colour.
• After properly mix it, close the flame and take mushroom fried rice in a bowl.
• Garnish it with spring onion.
• Now mushroom rice is ready for serving.
