Kunda is a very famous sweets of Belgav. It is prepared from milk or khoya. In 1 litre milk it takes 30 to 35 minutes for making kunda. It is delicious as well as very tasty sweet.

Ingredients :


6 cup whole milk
½ tsp gond
2 cup curd
2 cup sugar
1 cup milk powder
½ tsp green cardamom powder
Dry fruits


Method : how to make



1 - Take milk in a pan ,add gond in it.

2 - heat milk and add curd in it. Continuously stir it.

3 - After sometime when milk become paneer strain it in a strainer.

4 - Take sugar in a pan for caramel. Heat sugar till it melt and changes its colour.

5 - Then mix the paneer with caramel sugar. Mix it properly.
6 - Add sugar in it.
7 - When sugar completely mix with paneer and milk powder in it. Stir it continuously.

8 - Then add green cardamom powder and dry fruits in it.
9 - Kunda sweet is ready, take it in a plate and serve.

Instant crispy jalebi without yeast


Jalebi is a popular Indian sweets. We can make easily crispy jalebi at home with minimum ingredients. This recipe is the recipe of instant jalebi. So we can prepare it within half an hour.Just follow the delicious recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients :
For batter :
1 cup refined
 flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup curd
Orange food colour


For sugar syrup :
2 cup
1 cup sugar

Method : how to make

1- Take refined flour, baking powder and curd in a bowl.
2 - Mix water step by step and beat it properly.
3 - Add pinch of orange food colour in batter.


4 - Cover the batter for 15-20 minutes and keep aside.
5 - Take one cup water for two cups sugar in a pan for making sugar syrup.
6 - We need one string consistency sugar syrup for jalebi.
7 - It takes 7/9 minutes for making sugar syrup.Then add green cardamom powder in it.
8 - We can make jalebi with sauce bottle or any disposable cone.

9 - Pour jalebi batter in disposable cone, bind the back side of the cone with elastic. Cut the cone in front side.

10 - Then make round shaped jalebis over lukewarm oil.
11 - Fry jalebi till it turns to light golden brown colour and crispy.


12 - Pour jalebis in sugar syrup for 5/6 second, then take it in a plate.
13 - now crispy instant jalebi is ready for serving.

Ingredients :

½ litre milk
1 bowl ice cream

 (250 gram)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk powder
5 tbsp choco chips
grated dark chocolate for garnishing

Method : How to make

1 - Heat milk.
2 - Add cocoa powder, sugar and milk powder in lukewarm milk, then mix it properly.
3 - Then add choco chips.
4 - Boil milk for 4 to 5 minutes in slow flame.
5 - After 5 minutes close the flame and cool chocolate milk.
6 - When chocolate milk comes to room temperature add ice cream in it.
7 - Beat milk for 4-5 minute, till comes bubbles in it.
8 - Then freeze it for one hour.
9 - After 1 hour pour chocolate milk in glass, garnish with grated dark chocolate and serve.

Ingredients :
For green chutney
2 raw mango
1 bowl coriander leaves
8-10 green chilli
2 tbsp soaked (chana dal) split peas
1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds
1 inch piece
Salt as per taste


Method : how to make two types of chutney

1 - Take two types of ingredients two time in blender jar.
2 - Bland it and make fine paste.
3 - Add salt as per taste.
4 - Heat 2 tbsp refined oil in a tadka pan.
5 - Add pinch of asafoetida, two red chilli & 1 tsp mustard seeds in it.
6 - pour tadka over chutney and mix it.
7 - chutney is ready for serving.
8 - You can serve it with dosa, idli, paratha or roti.

Ingredients

1 cup soaked flattened rice (poha)
2 tbsp raw mango paste
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp red chili powder
4 tbsp peanuts
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp dry coconut powder
Some curry leaves
1 tbsp sugar
Salt as per your taste

Method : How to make


1 - Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp refined oil in it.
2 - Then add cumin seeds, curry leaves, dry masala & raw mango paste.
3 - Add 2-3 drop of green food colour & cook for 2-3 minutes.
4 - Then add soaked fattened rice, sugar and salt.
5 - Mix it properly for 1-2 minutes.
6 - Cover & cook it for one minute in slow flame.
7 - Then add peanuts and dry coconut powder. Mix it properly.
8 - Take flattened rice in a plate, garnish with dry coconut powder and serve.
