Cashew Kulfi-cashew ice cream-how to make cashew kulfi

Cashew Kulfi
Ingredients:

1-litre whole milk

2 tbsp sugar
½tsp green cardamom powder
20 cashew nuts (cut into pieces)

Method- How to make Cashew Kulfi:


1 - Heat milk, when milk started boiling add sugar in it. Continuously stir it till milk become half (one-litre milk turns to half letter). Then close the flame and cool it.
2 - When milk comes to room temperature, add green cardamom powder and cashew nuts pieces in it, mix it properly.
3 - Pour milk in kulfi mould or any small glass with a wooden stick. Freeze it for 5 to 6 hour.
4 - After 6 hours take some water in a bowl, add kulfi mould in water for one minute. Then remove kulfi from the mould. Take it in a plate & serve.
