You can make mango pancake within 10 minutes at home. It is a healthy, delicious and instant cake recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cup refined flour
3 mango's pulp
1 cup sugar
50-gram butter
1 tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
4 tbsp dry coconut
4 tbsp peanuts
1 cup milk
Method- How to make mango pancake:
1 - Mix all dry ingredients in refined flour. Mix it. Then add mango pulp and butter. Mix it properly.
2 - If required then add some cold milk and mix it. Then add peanuts and dry coconut powder in the batter. Beat it for
2 minutes.
3 - Heat a pan in medium flame adds butter in it. pour 2-3 tablespoon butter in pan. Cover it for 2-3 minute in medium flame.
4 - After 2 minutes change its side and again cover it for 2 minutes.
5 - Then take mango pancake in a plate. Decorate the plate with mango pulp & Cherry. Then you can serve it.
