Jamun Syrup-Blackberry juice-Home made jamun juice

Jamun fruits are very good for health and it is low calories. These are also effective for diabetes patient. It is a fruits of health benefits. Jamun fruits is great to make your hair healthy and shiny. Eating jamun after meals is very good for health.

You can use it for garnish ice cream or any other desserts. you can also use it as a juice or cake decoration. As we use a preservative in this, so you can refrigerate it for 4 months.

Ingredients:


50-60 jamun fruits
4 tbsp sugar
½tsp citric acid
2 cup water

Method- How to make Jamun Syrup:


1 - Cut Jamun berries and remove the seeds.
2 - Take jamun pulp in the blender jar, blend it and make a fine paste.
3 - Take it in a bowl, add 1 cup water in it and mix it properly.
4 - Strain it in a strainer.
5 - Boil juice in medium flame. Add 1 cup water & sugar in it. Boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame. Remove the bubbles over it.
6 - After 10 minutes add citric acid in it. After adding citric acid it turns to dark purple colour.
7 - when it comes to room temperature we can store it in a refrigerator.
