Jamun Jelly-Homemade healthy jelly
Jamun fruits are very good for health and it is low calories. These are also effective for diabetes patient. It is a fruits of great health benefits. Jamun fruits is great to make your hair healthy and shiny. Eating jamun after meals is very good for health. In this recipe you must find an easy process to make jamun jelly.

Ingredients:


50-60 jamun
6 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp gelatin

Method- How to make Jamun Jelly:


1 - Cut The pulp of Jamun fruit. Blend it. and make a fine paste.
2 - Strain Jamun pastes in a strainer.
3 - Add 1 cup water in Jamun pulp.
4 - Boil Jamun juice in medium flame. Add 1 cup more water & sugar in it.
5 - Boil it for 10 minutes and remove the extra bubble over it.
6 - Mix gelatin with the cup water and keep aside.
7 - After 10 minutes add gelatin better step by step in Jamun pulp and continuously mix it.
8 - Then pour the jelly batter in a mould & freeze it for 4-5 hours. After 5 hours you can serve it.
