Guava are full of potassium, vitamin and fiber. it gives us many health benefits. Guava Jelly is very tasty to make. In this recipe, I use a preservative. So it can be stored for 6 months in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
½kg ripe guava
200 gm sugar
½tsp citric acid
Pinch of salt
Method- How to make Guava jam/jelly:
1 - Grate 1 guava's pulp & keep aside.
2 - Take guava pieces in a blender jar. Blend it & make a fine paste.
3 - Strain it in a strainer.
4 - Boil it in medium flame. Add guava pulp, sugar, a pinch of salt & citric acid in it.
5 - Than adds 2-3 drop tomato red colour in it.
6 - It takes 25 to 30 minutes to become thick.
7 - When it turns to thick, take it in a bowl and freeze it.
