Mango Jelly-Homemade mango jelly-Easy process of jelly making

Mango Jelly
Mango is the king of fruits. Mangoes are juicy and tasty summer fruits. We can make different types of recipes with mango. In this recipe you must find a easy process to making mango jelly at home.


Ingredients:

1 bowl mango pulp
7 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp gelatin
2 bowl normal water

Method- How to make Mango Jelly:


1 - Add ½ cup water in gelatin and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2 - Heat a pan in medium flame, add mango pulp in it. Add equal quantity of water in mango pulp. Mix it properly.
3 - When mango juice started boiling add sugar in it. Boil it for 10 minutes.
4 - Add gelatin batter step by step and continuously mix mango juice.
5 - Then take it in a mould. Pour jelly liquid in it. Freeze it for 2 hours.
6 - After 2 hours remove the jelly from the mould and serve it.
