• Take 2 cup sugar and 2 cup water in a pan. • Heat it till it started boiling. • Boil sugar syrup for 2 minute. • After 2 minutes add green cardamom powder in sugar syrup and mix it properly. • Now sugar syrup is ready, cover it and keep aside.

• Take paneer and refined flour in a plate. • knead it properly. • Then add half tsp baking powder and mawa with paneer mix. • Knead it properly till the dough become soft and properly mixed. • Then makes small balls in dough. • At first make it in round shape.
• Then flattened it in your hand. • Make all the Gulab jamun in same process. • For frying Gulab jamun heat oil or ghee in medium flame.
• We need lukewarm oil for frying Gulab jamun don't heat oil too much. • After 2 minute change the side of the gulab jamun.
• Fry Gulab jamun till it turns to dark golden brown colour. • When it change it's colour take it from oil and pour it in lukewarm sugar syrup. • Deep it for half an hour in sugar syrup.
• After half an hour take gulab jamun in a plate. • Cut each gulab jamun in 2 pieces. • Then cut half gulab jamun piece in middle part.
• Add ½ tsp stuffing in middle part of each gulab jamun pieces. • Make all the gulab jamun in same process and take it in a plate for serving. • Now gulab jamun Cham Cham is ready.

Method for idli making :
• Take 2 glass water in idli maker. • Cover the idli maker and heat the water for 10 minutes in slow flame. • Take half kg readymade idli batter.
• Add salt 1 tsp in it. • Beat the batter properly. • For spongy idli batter, you can take half cup black gram, 1 cup rice and 1 tsp fenugreek seeds. • Soak all ingredients and and blend these. Then cover the batter and keep aside for 10-12 hour. • This is the process to make homemade idli batter. • Grease idli moulds in oil. • Add batter in mould. • Arrange the mould for steaming.
• After 10 minute when water started boiling keep the idli mould in the middle part of the water. • Cover idli maker and steam it for 12 to 15 minutes in slow midium flame. • After 15 minute when it idli steamed properly open the idli maker and keep aside it for 10 minutes. • Then take all the idli from idli maker. • Cut the idli in pieces. • Now idli pieces are ready for making idli manchurian.

For making the gravy :
• Heat 2 tbsp oil in medium flame. • Add onion pieces, grated ginger and garlic in hot oil. • Stir it for ½ minute. • then add vegetables in it.
• Grated carrot, pieces of capsicum and french beans. You can add any types of vegetables as you like. • Add salt in vegetables as needed. • We will cook it without cover. • Because we need crunchy vegetables for idli manchurian. • Stir it for 2 minute in medium flame.
• Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce, cornstarch batter and salt as per taste in vegetables. • Add half cup more water in the gravy. • Stir it in slow flame till it started boiling. • Then at add ½ tsp black pepper powder in it. Mix it.
• Now add idli pieces in gravy. • Mix it till the gravy properly mix with all idli pieces. • Then take idli manchurian in a plate for serving.
• Garnish plate with spring onion. • Now idli manchurian is ready for serving

• At first we have to clean the guava. Then cut it in small pieces and remove it seeds. • Before making chutney we have to clean the coriander leaves and mint leaves.
• After cleaning got the coriander leaves in small pieces. • Remove the cover of ginger and cut it in small pieces. • Now take all ingredients like guava pulp, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and ginger in a blender jar.
• Blend it and make a smooth paste. • Now take the paste in a bowl.

• Take 4 cup refined flour in a bowl. • Add milk powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder in refined flour. • Mix all dry ingredients properly.
• Then add 2-3 drop chocolate essence, melted butter and lukewarm milk step by step in it. • At first mix all ingredients properly. • When it comes to batter consistency then beat it for 2 minutes.
• After beating cover the batter for 10-15 minutes. • Heat oven in 180 degree for 10 minutes. • Take a round shaped 8 inch pan. • Grease the pan with oil and add a butter paper piece in it. • After 15 minutes pour the batter in baking pan. • You can make two equal size cake or make one big cake and divide into two piece. • Now bake the cake for 25 to 30 minutes in 180 degree.

• I use 3 nozzle for icing. Stars large shape nozzle Star small shape nozzle Flat nozzle • I use star large shape nozzle for rose flower making, small star nozzle for Santa cap and beard making, then flat nozzle for cakes side making. • Take 3 disposable cone.
• Add nozzles in different cone and fill the cones with whipped cream. • When cake comes to room temperature take it in a base.
• Add 8-9 spoon of sugar syrup over cake and then add a layer of white whipped cream. • Then add another cake over whipped cream, pour sugar syrup and cover the cake with white whipped cream.

• Then add cumin powder, garam masala powder and red chilli powder in it. • Stir it for 6-7 second in slow flame. • Then add small pieces of capsicum, small pieces of french beans, grated carrot and salt as per your taste. • Cook it for 2 minutes in medium flame without cover. • After 2 minut add ½ tsp black powder and 2 tbsp tomato sauce in vegetables. • Add coriander leaves in stuffing, mix it properly and keep aside. • After 15 minutes make small balls in dough.
• Add some dry flour and roll the dough with the help of the rolling pin. • Make a thin roti. • Add stuffing half of the roti. • Then arrange paneer pieces over vegetable stuffing. • Add some coriander leaves and green chilli pieces over Paneer.
• Add some water in half of edge of roti. • Then cover the stuffing in another side roti. • Joint the edges of roti with a fork or spoon. • Heat a flat pln in medium flame. • Add paratha in pan. • Cook it till paratha turns to light golden brown colour in each side.
• Then add refined oil or ghee 1 tsp in each side of the paratha • Now take it in a plate. • Cot it in middle part. • Then arrange it in a tray for serving. • Serve it with chutney or sauce.
