Vegetable raita-Healthy raita

Ingredients:

1 cucumber

1 carrot
1 onion
1 bowl curd
2 green chilli
Coriander leaves
½tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste

Method- How to make Vegetable Raita:


1 - Remove the cover of cucumber and carrot. Grate it. Take it in a bowl and keep aside.
2 - Slice half of the carrot in a round shape for making a flower.
3 - Cut onion and green chilli in small pieces.
4 - Mix green chilli, curd, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, salt & onion with grated cucumber and carrot. Mix it properly and pour It in another bowl.
5 - Make a flower with carrot pieces and toothpick. Decorate it over raita.
