Ingredients:
½kg carrot
1 bowl sugar
½tsp green cardamom powder
¼ lemon
Method- How to make Carrot / Gajar Murabba:
1 - Take carrot and sugar in a bowl. Mix it properly. Cover it and keep aside for 5 hours.
2 - After 5 hours take carrot & liquid sugar in a pan & boil it. Cook it till sugar syrup become string consistency.
3 - When sugar syrup started to become thick add lemon juice in it. Mix it properly.
4 - When sugar syrup comes to string consistency, then add green cardamom powder in it and mix it.
5 - After comes to room temperature, serve murabba in a bowl or store it in the refrigerator.
