Suji/semolina cake is healthy cake. It is a very good snack for children. We can make it with minimum ingredients and time.
Ingredients:
2 cup Suji (semolina)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup lukewarm milk
4 tbsp Curd
½cup sugar powder
4 tbsp tutti frutti
½tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Butterscotch essence
Yellow colour
Method- How to make Semolina/Suji cake:
1 - When butter comes to room temperature add sugar powder in it. Mix it properly.
2 - Add baking powder, baking soda, tutti frutti, yellow colour, essence and curd in it, then mix it properly.
3 - Add lukewarm milk. Then add semolina in the batter. Mix it properly and keep aside for 10 minutes.
4 - Preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5 - After 10-minute grease, a baking pan, add butter paper in it.
6 - Beat the batter again for 1 minute.
7 - Pour batter in baking pan and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
8 - After baking when it comes to room temperature cut it in pieces and serve.
