Raw mango rice-Khati aam rice-Kacche Aam ka Bhath

Raw mango rice
Rice is unique because it is the main food of the most country. In India,it is a most popular diet for all ages people. In this recipe, I use raw mango for a different taste. its taste sour, tasty and delicious.

Ingredients:


2 cup rice
1 raw mango
4 tbsp roasted peanuts
4 tbsp dry coconut
Some curry leaves
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
2-3 cloves and green cardamom
Salt as per taste Coriander leaves

Method-How to make Kacche Aam ka Bhath (Raw Mango Rice):


1 - At first let's start making fight rice. Take water in a pot and add salt in it. When waters start boiling add rice in it. When rice will half cook strain it in a strainer and keep aside.
2- Remove the cover of the raw mango. Grate the raw mango.
3 - Heat a pan in medium flame adds 3-4 tsp oil in it. Then add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green cardamom, clove on out & cook it for 1 minute. Then add red chilli.
4 - Then add grated raw mango and salt. Fry it for two minutes.
5 - After 2 minutes add rice in it. Mix it properly and then add peanuts in it. Arrange it in a plate and garnish with coriander leaves. Must try the delicious recipe its flavour and his test is awesome.
